I never got the plaque or what ever else was coming with the order. I ordered this as a gift. This was for my brother in law who passed away. I thought a star dedication would be a nice gift to his family. How can get this wrong if this is all you do.

This service is such a scam. I figured the gift that I had been given would probably be some obscure star, but it ended up being one of the stars in the Little Dipper. I then noticed that a registration for Polaris, "The North Star", is available for purchase. That's only the most popular star in the northern hemisphere and would have been purchased long ago. Plus, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) is the only agency who name celestial objects. This is total scam, and you took my elderly mother in-law's money. The worst part is that I can't even tell my mother in-law that this is a scam because she was just being nice when she gave me this gift. You should be ashamed.
