The experience of purchasing the star was easy to do, my sister recently loosed her son, so I named the star for him and had the Star registry framed document mailed to her. She still hasn’t received it! I thought it would take 4-5 days.

I picked the constellation package and for an additional fee, chose a brighter star. The website states, “All our offers include a certificate (printed on high quality premium paper), a celestial map (individual star chart), and star registration.” Beware…..when completing my order, free shipping was checked, cancelling my hard copies and sending digital only! No cost adjustment for that either. Customer service is of no help stating that it was clear at check out. It IS NOT CLEAR! Kind of feels like bait and switch! Small print saying “no hard copies”after a large paragraph telling you all about your free digital copies is a scam. One email response said “I can understand that you got confused with the shipping methods.” Of course you can understand……it’s intentional to get out of printing them/shipping them!
