Do not use . Given wrong instructions on drop off . On arrival went to correct area to collect and after several calls found that the driver had dropped the car off 20 minute walk away . The driver had abandoned the car and left the key on the wheel . Car stank and was covered in dirt . Tried to complain and the guy on the phone was rude and abusive to my wife . It also cost extra parking money as the driver had dropped of car before we even called at baggage reclaim .

Awful service never use again have to wait for your car to be brought back. Never helped with my case have a disabled husband. Driver said to me is that your case I said yes all he did was leave my keys and exit ticket on it . Awful no thank you no good bye just walked off ! Would never use again !

I had a really disappointing experience with SPS Meet & Greet at Stansted airport and wouldn’t use them again.

To start with, the booking confirmation instructed us to go to the Orange Zone at the airport. When we arrived and tried to enter, we were told we were in the wrong place and we therefore had to reverse from the barrier and awkwardly manoeuvre through a queue of vehicles. After struggling to get hold of SPS, we were redirected to the Green Zone multi-storey, where we then had to wait for a driver to collect the car. On top of that, we were charged an unexpected £13 parking fee simply for waiting there, which was never made clear when booking.

I also have a vehicle tracking app, so I could see exactly where my car was taken. The driver told me it would only be stored a few minutes away and around 3 miles from the airport. In reality, it was driven over 10 miles away, taking around 30 minutes.

The most concerning part, however, was what happened while my car was in their possession. A couple of days later, my tracking app showed the car was taken out on an additional 11-minute journey. The journey started and ended at exactly the same location where the vehicle was being stored, so there was no legitimate transport or operational reason for it. The trip also recorded an average fuel consumption of just **12 mpg**, which strongly suggests the car was driven very aggressively. My vehicle is a high-performance car capable of 0–60 mph in 3.2 seconds, so it appears someone simply took it out for a joyride before returning it to the compound. That is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying a company to look after your vehicle.

Collecting the car was even worse. We were told to call after clearing passport control and were advised it would take around 40 minutes. We ended up waiting almost two hours. When they finally arrived, they didn’t even have my car. Instead, we were loaded into the back of a van with our luggage and driven around 30 minutes to their storage compound to collect it ourselves..

The compound itself was on rough gravel and uneven ground, completely unsuitable for a performance car. When I finally got my vehicle back, the wheels were covered in dust, mud and gravel.

Overall, this was nothing like the convenient “meet and greet” service that was advertised. Poor communication, unexpected charges, misleading information about where my car would be stored, excessive waiting, unnecessary use of my vehicle, and an inconvenient collection process made this a thoroughly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

AVOID MEET & GREET ORANGE CAR PARK! Awful service, waited 1.5h for my car with 2 toddlers in the middle of a car park (not the one I booked).
When I finally got my car 50 miles was gone and mud all over my interior!(I had it valeted before I dropped it off) Multiple people with the same issue including my elderly grandparents and a wheelchair user, turns out our cars were over 30 miles away in the middle of a field not in a secure car park! I paid for meet and greet in orange to avoid long walking with toddlers so being sent to a car park furthest away then waiting over a hour for my car was not what I paid for!! Awful service and communication I had to ring 5 times until my car turned up! Will never use again.

Horrendous please do not use! Pay a few pounds more and save yourselves a stress or you will be late for your flight and waiting almost 2hrs for a pick up from a doddgy field full hardcore and cars squeeezed in! Impossible to speak to anyone, noone cares!

Scammers parking vehicles in a field. Inadequate transport to and from airport. Overcrowded transit buses and long wait times. Local council wants to shut them down for a reason!

Awful service, thought the car was stolen when we got back, only managed to recover the car as we found it on the app and walked to where it was parked then unlocked using the app. Had to threaten to call the police to find that they left the key above the tyre. The mobile phones provided was disconnected and the landline worked but the operator said he would call back but never did. Chat GPT helped to find the landline and another mobile phone and the man who answered was super rude and nit st all helpful. Not a meet and greet after all!

When booking, everything looks very professional. I've booked Meet and Greet before and had had no problems, but this is not a bone fide Meet and Greet Company. When collecting the car, it was filthy. There was mud everywhere and a strange orange liquid running down areas of the car.
Also, when you arrive, they park in the Orange Car Park and you have to pay their fees of £13.00 for Entry then a further £13.00 on Exit.
I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH - PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

I had a terrible experience. My car appeared to have been used as a taxi while it was in their possession. When it was returned, it had over 100 additional miles on the clock, almost no fuel left, and all of the carpet mats were heavily soiled.
To make matters worse, the two rear seats had been raised and also were used for extra passengers. clearly suggesting the vehicle had been used to transport extra passengers.
This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. I entrusted my vehicle to them and expected it to be treated with care and respect. Instead, it was returned in a condition that raises significant concerns about how it was used.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

When I arrived they did not answer my phone a hour .It’s bulshit

Do not book with them, I came back to my car covered in mud and damaged! Not only was the mud in the driver seat, it was also on passengers side and the back! I e-mailed them twice with no response.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The worst company I've had dealings with. I came home after a 3 days trip to a hole burnt into my passenger seat clearly from a cigarette. As well as this the car stunk of cigarette smoke (I am not a smoker myself!) and chewing gum had been wedged into the passenger side handle!!?

You try to complain and they just ignore you continuously. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

I would rate this with ZERO stars if I could.

We parked to pick up family arriving from abroad. It took us over 15 minutes to find an available parking space to park. The machine (for us to pay within 30mins) would not accept cards and was cash only (banana republic?) and there was a queue for over 5 minutes at the exit turnstile to pay and leave.

For this we had to pay £21… 32 minutes including the driving around… for an actual parking time of 12 minutes (and a long walk to the terminal and back).

This is a ripoff. Extortionate. Unwelcoming. Impersonal.

I will not be picking up people from Stansted again.

Terrible company.

On the last day of our holiday we received a call from Essex Police saying the car had been stopped as the company had been driving it around uninsured. Essex police moved the car to the long stay car park, which fortunately for us only cost us £48 to retrieve as we were flying home that day. If this had happened on the first day of our holiday it would have cost us £500 to get the car out of the long stay car park!! Essex Police said they are having numerous issues with this company and are trying to stop them operating.

Stansted official meet and greet parking were extremely helpful in helping us retrieve the car.

AVOID this company at all costs. Completely unprofessional service.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company.
1) The car was left in the short stay car park for the duration of my trip. It was NOT taken away from the car park so I was left with a bill for £267 on my return. The controller from the company told me that the ticket to exit the car park was on the dashboard of the car. It was not. The only ticket in the car was the original ticket I entered the car park with. The controller assured me that all I would have to do was tell the car park company that I was leaving and I’d have to pay £13 exit fee. I tried this, and the help desk for the car park told me that the car hadn’t left the car park for the 4 days after my arrival, hence the high parking charge. SPS would not answer my calls after some time and just left me to sort out the problem myself. On the advice of the car park help desk I’m reporting SPS to Trading Standards and the police.
2) All the money in the drinks holder vanished. There was probably around £20-£30 in the holder that I left for paying for parking. SPS said that they were not responsible for valuables left in the car. Although I understand this, I didn’t expect all the money left there to disappear.
3) You simply don’t want hassle when you return from a journey. This was the last thing I needed at the end of a long day. I made a mistake. I thought that this was the official parking company at the airport. It is not. I seriously recommend that you are more careful than me and ensure that you’re using the official company.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with SC Parking Limited’s Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport. I left my car with them from 18 to 20 July 2026. When it was returned, my Armani perfume was missing from the glove compartment.

The perfume was definitely inside the car when I handed it over. I have raised a complaint and requested an urgent investigation. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles and belongings are safe while in the company’s care.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Not a Meet and Greet Service. Waited for an hour and 25 mins despite calling as soon as we picked up luggage. Can’t understand what the telephonists are saying as reception and line very unclear. No uniforms or badges or ID of any sort so not quite sure to whom you are handing your car keys too at drop off, I would not recommend. Also have to pay and extra £26 for car park exit fee (£13 each way). An unnecessary stress and delay to an already long day. The key also had damage to the casing, suggesting the fob had been prised open.
Avoid.

THOROUGHLY DISREPUTABLE. NEVER TURNED UP AT DESIGNATED AREA DESPITE 10 PHONECALLS, LEFT ME WITH PARKING FINES /MISSED FLIGHT

ZERO customer focus...you cannot pre-pay (unlike Heathrow airport drop off) so you forget and are then charged a massive penalty for forgetting. PITIFUL!!
