I ordered a T shirt which was not delivered. I spoke to customer service who said they are moving warehouse so could send another in 2 weeks. I was in no rush so happy to wait. I emailed again after 2 weeks and the guy said they are moved in and he will send a replacement.
It's been over a week now and I still haven't received anything. I've sent 2 emails since asking for an update and had no reply.

Good customer service
My initial order was sent to the wrong address. Stan Ray were great at communicating this to me and keeping me updated when I contacted them. When the item hadn't still been returned Stan Ray offered me a full refund or an alternative. I chose an alternative and it was sent out asap. Great product and good customer service.

Hi Doro,
Hope you are well. At this point in time we do charge for returns due to using UPS as this is the most convenient carrier for most of Europe. We do include the returns label for convenience. In our returns page found here - https://www.stanray.com/pages/returns we do state there will be a charge for the return. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out on service@stanray.com and I will be happy to help!

I tried ordering pants from the website, and because they were on the more expensive side, I ordered based on the measurements in the size guide. But, according to the size guide, if I wanted to order a 32x32 size, I would need to order a size 31R. When I finally got the pants after a week in transit, they were size 31x32. When I tried returning them, it was then that I realized that I would have to pay for my own shipping. Which means l’m already about $30 deep into this and I still don’t have the pants I want.

Sizing was way off
Sizing was way off. Far too small.
Maybe mislabelled?
Sent it back. Refund was pretty seamless but they deducted £7 for return post 😩
So would probably avoid Stan Ray as it’s a gamble on sizing and costly
