Scam. I ordered 2 pair of shorts for my bf for a vacation and added a hat to the order to get free shipping. Hat was delivered within a couple days, but shorts, no where to be found. When I reached out they said the items were not out of stock but they couldn’t provide any shipping updates and they wouldn’t be here before the trip. A week later I’m home, still no delivery, reached out to customer service twice and was completely ghosted. I liked the shorts when I ordered from Revolve, but needed a bigger size so wanted to go straight to the source. Turns out it was a total scam. Don’t order from this site. Ordered Aug 19th, hat came the 21st, shorts expected delivery by the 23rd, still no update on shop app 9/9 so ended up disputing the charge with my bank. Very disappointing.

The worst. Returns are a scam. They delay sending a label so you don’t return stuff

I ordered a belt over a month ago, and it was never even dispatched. When I contacted customer support, I only received a single automated response acknowledging the issue. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but my messages have been completely ignored.
Taking money for an order, failing to ship it, and then cutting off communication is entirely unacceptable. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Goood quality! Worth the buck!

On the back of buying a shirt for my husband (who was a Ted Baker fan) who loves subtle patterned shirts, and him really liking it. The colours, the fit quality of product, and the delivery was really quick and efficient. I bought more.
Am new to this brand but will definitely be back for more.

Great product, and swiftly sent out. Packaged well. I retained most items purchased, and returned one. The returns process is reasonable, except for the fact that the qr code for the return takes around two and a half days to be generated, rather than all but instant, as many other retailers. But for this, it would most definitely have been five stars.

I really liked the pants.
They arrived with no problems.
I live in Norway, so had to pay taxes and more shipping 😿.
When i tried them on though I thought it was worth it, as they looked better on me than the picture in the website.
It may be different for you though, i only wish they had more colors i like.
Overall I'm really happy with them.

I've been buying American made Stan Ray painters' pants since 1983. I've never been disappointed in the quality of this product. The price is reasonable for the value you get; the workmanship and durability are superior. Recently, I bought a pair from Gary Gale at AmericanWear.US in Northville, MI. The service was excellent. Mr. Gale, who has been in business a long time, has a thorough knowledge of the products he sells and knew exactly what I wanted. Delivery was prompt. I am very pleased with what I received. Order never arrived. After multiple attempts at finding out what's happened, there has still been no communication from Stan Ray. Order placed four weeks ago. Still nothing. Extremely disappointing!

Item delivered was a completely different size than what was stated on the web page. What should have been a 34 inch waist, actually measured as a 31 inch waist. When trying to return, completed the online firm, and whilst authorised i never received a return label. No replies to multiple emails chasing, no acknowledgment of emails, so im basically stuck with a pair of trousers that dont fit, and dowm £95. I will not buying anymore clothes from Stan Ray. Avoid

Order never received, contacted them 4 times with no answer. Going to the bank to try and get my money back. It has been over a month since I placed my order. Do not order from this scam website.

Love every piece I got! Great quality and fun colors

I never write reviews but this is probably one of the worst customer service experience repeated by a single online brand. 3 separate cancelled orders with no explanation or what so ever. It's 2026 and they can't even get proper fulfillment done correctly --- they simply just cancel your order and eventually return your money speaks volumes about the brand. Their website misleads you to think items are in stock but you honestly never know if that's true or not. The lack of communication is astonishing - weeks go by and emails, comments, DMs all ignored. I could care less if an item was backordered, especially if they communicated that from the jump but they never do. They don't care about customer service so why should we support a brand like this, like seriously.
