From start to finish it has been an easy process. The products are so beautiful and functional. I liked how I was able to track the progress. And everything arrived in perfect condition.

Outstanding Products and Exceptional Service!
Item I purchased was just as beautiful as the pictures online! I immediately loved it but was skeptical about an order that required overseas shipping. I wondered whether there might be hidden charges. After being offered a discount, I decided to make the purchase. So glad I did! Billing was straightforward, tracking was detailed and accurate. Shipping was prompt and arrival was surprisingly fast. I would not hesitate to order again. Thanks for a fantastic experience and for sending an exquisite piece that I will cherish!

Wonderful Overall Experience
Communication was good, timeliness of delivery was appropriate from Ireland to USA. I love my all natural skin care product. I bought samples while in Ireland last August, I was very happy to buy more product at a reasonable price, including shipping.

Thank you for your feedback, Annemarie.
We’re very sorry for the delay in responding to your earlier email - that is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
The sweater purchased is made from 100% merino wool from a long-established Irish manufacturer. As merino wool is a natural fibre, it does require careful handling and care in line with the garment instructions. After reviewing the photos provided, our manufacturer advised that the garment showed signs of not having been cared for correctly.
We have been in touch with you directly and have resolved this matter by issuing a full refund.
If there is anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
The Standún Team

Many thanks for your review Ann. We are delighted to hear you are happy with both the service and your new purchases!
Excellent Customer Service support
Excellent Customer Service support. The jacket I bought was too small and unfortunately they didn’t have my size online. I spoke with Customer Service and they sourced the size I needed from one of their shops. They said they would phone me back later that morning and did so! Would definitely recommend.
