From start to finish it has been an easy process. The products are so beautiful and functional. I liked how I was able to track the progress. And everything arrived in perfect condition.

Size guide inadequate costing customer additional costs in postage
Size guide was contrary to that of the actually garment therefore wrong size ordered and postage costs to purchase and return were incurred without actually getting the correct sized garment.
I had the item and knew the size wishing to buy a second one but encountered these difficulties which are unacceptable.

Hi Phyllis,
We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
The top you ordered is from Cream Clothing, a Danish brand, and their sizing differs from standard EU sizing, which can unfortunately cause some confusion. We appreciate your feedback and will review the sizing information on their products to see if we can make it clearer.
We have received your return and have processed your full refund. If you're ever unsure about sizing in the future, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team before ordering - we're always happy to help.
Thank you,
Standún
I popped in but ended up staying a while
I went in to buy a yoga mat and stayed for a while because the store is incredible! I even had a coffee! I spent a lot but enjoyed the retail experience. Well worth driving out to Spiddal for. The staff were all lovely.

Fantastic Customer Service from Start to Finish!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently contacted Standun regarding an issue with the zip on a jacket I had purchased. From my first enquiry through to the resolution, the customer service was outstanding.
The team were friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful, and they arranged a replacement jacket for me with no hassle. I absolutely love the jacket and was delighted with the outcome.
It’s clear that Standun really care about their customers and stand behind the products they sell. As a small family-run business, they provide the kind of personal service that is increasingly rare.
Thank you again to everyone at Standun and their suppliers for going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Beautiful baby gifts
I was happily surprised how quickly the package was delivered. The baby blanket is so pretty and soft, the baby booties are very cute, and the small giraffe toy adorable! These items were given to my cousin and her husband for their two month old baby girl. They love their gift!
