Great inexpensive SSL certificates
I really liked the inexpensive certificates. Where I had issues was the validation of the domain. The only one that finally worked was DNS TXT

I had a positive experience wirth Christisara J.
I had a positive experience with SSLs.com.
The SSL installation process can be complex, especially when dealing with CSR, private keys, and reissues. Although I initially faced some technical challenges, the support team was patient and helpful.
After confirming domain validation and providing a new CSR generated on my server, the support team manually reissued the certificate and guided the process until everything was resolved successfully.
In the end, the SSL was issued correctly and installed without issues. I appreciate the support assistance and the fact that the problem was properly handled.

Low price quick and easy process
First of all the prices are great. I didn't find such low prices anywhere else. I did my small market research, didn't waste hours, but did compare to others.
Their website is easy to use, tough to be honest, there was one stage which could be improved.
There are a few ways to prove ownership of the domain. They suggest using email, but in my case, the domain is used solely for a small business of my friends. They don't use their own email server and didn't bother to create domain based email accounts using a third party such as Google or others, so I had to use another method. The instructions where a little bit challenging and I consider myself a technical person. So why do I still give them 5 stars? Because the process is still quite easy and quick. It took me about an hour, since I had to find out how to access the hosting server and put a file there (that was the method I chose), but all in all, the process was quick and easy. Within an hour or so, my friends had a valid SSL certificate to their website.
I highly recommend SSLs.com and I will use them next time when I need to purchase another SSL certificate (assuming that they will keep their insanely low prices).

Would it hurt you to pay some web developers to actually spend some time on your UI and fix your backend so that you don't hit the upload button without a document selected, and it actually goes through the process of trying to upload a document?
And just to top it off, you're getting one star because you're asking me how many stars you should get when you still have a case open and have an issued my certificate.
So until I get my certificate, why the hell would I give you anything but a single star?

According to our check, the CSR code for this certificate might be created during the certificate activation on our website. In this case, the Private key has been generated along with it and saved on your computer, to your default folder for downloaded files.
Please check such a folder on your computer, the file can be named
yourdomain-com_key.zip. It contains the code with these tags:
----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY----- and -----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----.
