Quick ,effective help.

Although the validation took so long…

Although the validation took so long and was stuck for no reason and the process was not really clear. However I want to thank Mrs. Rhinnah for pushing this forward and understanding the criticality of the siutation and helped us resolving the issue complete the process.

Ana helped me unblock the identity validation step for a certificate order that had multiple certificates. I was stuck on this for more than 3 days and I greatly appreciate how Ana was swift in identifying and resolving the issue.
