Squale Watches Arvostelua 24

Ordered a steel wristband from their swiss website as i was in Germany for 3 weeks. Never got it , paid in advance, left Germany already and no idea where is the wrist, where is the money gone and no feedback from Sqale company, very disappointed, maybe I should auction that watch in ebay and buy from a serious company.

Ero un po' titubante per l'acquisto online considerata la spesa. Mi devo ricredere, è stato tutto perfetto, la spedizione è stata veloce precisa, imballo perfetto.
L'orologio è bellissimo, complimenti per tutto.

Exceptional customer service+ to wonderful aesthetics in products makes the difference. Hopefully the wallet is roomy enough to make next moves soon...

Update: Watch is absolutely amazing and bracelet so well done. All exactly as hoped. Communication could have been more consistent through the process, but would certainly buy again. Love it!

I purchased a Squale 1521 COSC Classic. The quality of the watch is phenomenal; I'm very satisfied. Excellent customer service. I will be buying more watches from Squale in the future.

Everything was very clear, however I would've prefer to be able to decide what type of delivery I want.

Update from my August 2025 review about discrepancies in their pricing across countries: not a beep from their, obviously inexistent, customer support, despite several follow up requests.

I don't understand why this type of email arrives before the watch.
It would be better to ask for a review only after a minimum period of time; otherwise, the request doesn't make sense. Anyway, I will be able to write another review in a few months.

Es casi imposible ponerse en contacto con atención al cliente, para cualquier cosa. Recomiendo los relojes, pero el trato post venta y con la empresa es muy complicado.

I’ve not received my order 32278. The order was placed over 10 days ago and I’ve not received updates. I can see the order has not yet been shipped. I’m appalled by the lack of contact and slow processing of my order.

I have reached out to find out the status of my order and have not got a response. I wanted to know the ETA on shipping.

I haven't received the ordered watch yet.
The real bad expereienc is that I don't recevive response to my questions about the delivery (ticket open in the site, email sent to marketing)
