Hi there,
We are truly sorry to hear about your recent session, and I completely understand your frustration and anger after playing through $600 without seeing higher wins or bonus features. Getting caught in a severe cold streak is incredibly disappointing.
Please rest assured that our games operate strictly using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every single spin outcome is completely random, independent, and fair, meaning no game tracks purchases or alters win odds based on previous spins, but it also means unpredictable dry spells can unfortunately occur.
Your feedback regarding your experience has been noted and shared with our team. We genuinely value your time with Spree.
Best regards,
The Spree Support Team

Hi Kevin,
We understand it's frustrating when things don't go your way. To clarify, our Jackpots are completely randomized and can trigger at any moment during eligible play, though they are never guaranteed for any single session.
If you have questions about how a specific round calculated, or any specific issue, please contact our support team at support@spree.com, we're always available and happy to help!

The customer service team & AI Alfred…
The customer service team & AI Alfred was very patient with me on one of my many redemption from Spree. I've always had a fast pay out except one time and it wash not just me it was a glitch, however, the team & Alfred kept me posted followed through with what they told me they was going to do I recommend Spree 💯 plus I enjoy the different choices and games, unlike most platforms they are very fast in responding and following through. This does include AI Alfred!
