Order placed - order sent. That's where their service ends.

They sent me the wrong item. I emailed them repeatedly trying to get it corrected. Not a single reply.

I even placed another order and asked them to include the correct replacement, but because there was no response, I asked them to cancel this order. So not only was my cancellation request ignored, but when the cancelled order arrived, the replacement item wasn't there either.

This company appears to run entirely on autopilot. As long as your order goes smoothly, fine. The moment something goes wrong and actual customer support is required, they simply don't care.

Absolutely no customer service at all - stay away, stay awake!

I ordered a product that did not work and asked for a refund or replacement I had to send a video of the machine not working and was told someone would come and collect and deliver a new one since then nothing has been arranged and no replies back to me. Avoid this company as it’s not worth the hassle and stress or refunded items

Placed an order for Rhino Goo 5L UPVC.
I had to return due to the severe Health & Safety Guidance on the product.
The Web site did not provide a COSHH data sheet.
Original postage not refunded and supplier ignored the request to do so.
Hence not a good customer experience resulting in wasted time and expense.
