My mirror was very delayed but after I emailed to query this, Joby was really helpful and the service I was then provided then made me decide to wait for the mirror instead of cancelling my order. I was then updated every step of the way!
Bought a mirror from here last week and there was a slight delay, the agent Joby, was incredible helpful and communicative until the order got to my door - hopefully the mirror will be great once wired in but 10/10 for customer service
Huge range of illuminated bathroom mirrors, and at competitive prices. They're also very well made and manufactured in the UK. I had some queries which were promptly and politely answered in some detail, by Alelei, and the mirror arrived well packaged and speedily.
Mounting is theoretically easy, though not if you're wall isn't perfectly flat.. The result looks fabulous with a handy shaver socket hidden on the right side and options for colour temperature.
I recently ordered from Bathroom Mirror World. Although there were some delays with the delivery, Alelei provided excellent customer service throughout. Very responsive, kept me updated regularly, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. The item arrived in perfect condition, and I’m happy with the final result.
