Hi Paul,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
That particular week, Royal Mail was experiencing unexpected delays, with some parcels taking longer than usual to be scanned into their system and delivered. Unfortunately, this meant that some orders were not progressing through the network within the normal delivery timescales.
We have also checked our records using the email address provided with this review, but unfortunately we cannot locate an order matching those details. We would therefore be very happy to look into this further if you could contact us directly at Support@sportstradingcardsuk.com with your order number, so that we can investigate what happened.
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide a reliable service, and we’re sorry that you feel your experience fell short of these expectations.

A hobby’s tale…
Positive experience from start to finish. I pre-ordered the “2026-27 Upper Deck MVP Hockey Hobby Box” and, unlike Gandalf, it turned up on time. First time buying from STCUK and I will definitely be back — fair prices, well packaged and quick delivery. I even received a free pack, which was a nice little bonus. From the Shire to Mordor, this was one journey that went exactly as planned. No unexpected detours, no Balrog-sized problems, just great service from start to finish. You shall have my custom! 💍🏒
