My Experience
This website is perfect best prices and amazing delivery time my order came in 2 days, but one think I could improve on is shipping I live in the UAE and shipping was an extra $65, if it was cheaper it would’ve been perfect, but still very happy with everything else.

Awesome company, very trust worthy and speedy delivery.
Just recently started buying/collecting baseball cards and choose this company off the bat, ordered a few boxes and well over the moon with how quickly they got delivered, no damage at all came nicely packaged up, speedy delivery and friendly to talk to on the phone when needing advice on things, will definitely be shoping again with this company.

Shipping cost and duty
The package and its contents were fine. My problem was with the shipping cost. The product is £120, the delivery to Europe was £40. Then they charged customs and asked for the postage at home, which was an additional £60. This order was not worth it.
But the product arrived undamaged and flawless. If I lived in the UK, it would be worth ordering from here.

Hi Alfred,
Thank you for leaving us a review, it’s good to see you were happy with our packing and products. Unfortunately, we have no control over the custom charges each country have in place. We clearly state on our website that ‘(our delivery) cost is for shipping only, any additional customs or local taxes are not included and are the receiving customers responsibility’.

Really customer friendly
Prompt delivery , quality product
Staff available to help with info for new collector. What would be useful is an example of what each card set looks like - prism / prestige / absolute etc as this would influence my future choices going forward .

Hi Jhovany,
Thank you for your review. As previously discussed in our email, the delivery company unfortunately lost your parcel over the festive period and that particular product you had purchased was out of stock. We were therefore unable to send you a replacement and refunded you. Once again, we are sorry that the delivery company lost your parcel and you were not happy with the refund.
