I ordered the stopwatch and it never arrived at Portugal. I requested a refund and Mark (customer service) immediately accepted.
However, I wanted the watch and not the money. :(

Outstanding Customer Service
SportCount Lap Counter & Timer Chrono 200
This is a great item, I did a lot of research before choosing this particular lap counter and it does not disappoint. Highly recommended. Unfortunately the item did go missing in the post but Sportcount Europe responded very quickly to my email and a replacement was sent out immediately. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks again for all your help.

Fantastic piece of kit!
I have been using finger counters from Sportcount for a number of years. For a distance pool swimmer who does not like to wear anything on a wrist they are perfect. I have recently bought another two direct from their website which was cheaper than going though a big online retailer plus quick delivery. Battery lasts for ages and are best changed via a watch repairer to keep it water tight. Fantastic piece of kit!
