This is an updated review. I initially ran across a few issues. Splice has been great and has worked with me to ensure I have a great experience and I really do appreciate the effort they make. Thanks.

When I first used splice back in 2017 or so it was $4.99 per month with 200 credits if I recall. Now its 19.99 per month for the same product with the same 200 credits and unnecessary features that try to justify a higher price tag.

The samples are really nice, especially the drums

Ein unsympathisches Geschäftsmodell, rein auf Profit ausgerichtet. Wenn man das Abo künden will, sind die bereits gesammelten Credits nicht mehr gesichert – meine Meinung. Man wird unter Stress gestellt, nun die eigenen Credits noch innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens zu realisieren.
Das Gegenteil von entspannt.

Cool interface . Very inspiring

Integration into daw, huge variety of samples to choose from, heavily notated (key, bpm, instrument, genre, accurate subgenre.)

I could get good quality samples in splice.

Splice has inexpensive prices.

I really enjoy the experience, especially learning how to use the available materials properly while still creating something unique instead of sounding like others. Splice has become one of my most valuable and impactful tools. I appreciate how it lets me adjust ranges and fine-tune the volume of different sounds so the mix stays balanced nothing is overpowering or getting lost. Overall, it’s a great platform to use. The only downside for me is having to pay for additional credits after the initial 500, especially since I’ve already saved over 900 sounds to my likes.

After quite a long relocation period moving. I needed to reactivate my account and when I ran into a problem. D right was there and helped me immediately! I am very grateful for D and the Splice family.

Spice isn't completely usable with an iPad. It's a display issue not being able to download all wanted sounds. I spent quite a while trying to adjust settings.

Too expensive. Why did the Prices Double over the last 8 years?

How easy it is to just drag and drop and find the samples I need to make something unique. and the quality is superb! The workflow is so much easier with splice than with any other cloud based sample library, plus the libraries are insanely good!

Ein weiteres Abo Modell das dazu führt das alle gleich klingen und nicht mehr sagen können ob sie DJ oder Produzent sein wollten.
Es ist gut, gute Samples zu haben,
Aber splice liefert nicht die Antwort zu den Fragen. Sie liefern nur samples für die Laien die sich overpriced das Geld monatlich aus der Tasche leiern lassen....

if you can't find something that grabs your ear and makes you want to start cutting it up, that's gotta be a YOU problem. i always manage to find something that catches my ear. something that will make me try an idea. as a producer who is constantly keeping himself from being boxed in to one type of sound, splice has a massive variety of things to choose from. i could care less what the genre is. as long as it sparks the fire. the frequent updates are incredible as well. i come back through every day sometimes and always find something new. you guys are really doing a great job of keeping the art of sampling alive. big up, Splice!

I had upgraded from Ozone 11 to Ozone 12 but was erroneously charged for both licences. Kalin at Splice was great. She sorted it out immediately with a refund and was so apologetic and helpful. Top class customer service!!

I forgot to cancel my splice subscription. When the bank transaction occurred, I contact directly the support team for a refund. They were quick to respond and resolved it by immediately issuing a refund.
