Paid for credit disappeared
I had collected so many credit points and decided to stop paying each month until i would use up my credits. Turns out all my credits disappeared because I stopped paying monthly, but my account was always active. Very disappointing and also very bad customer service!

I used Splice for over a year and I can say it was a great experience. The only complaint I have is I think (not 100%) your tokens disappear after 2-3 months of not having a sub. If they decided to change it without removing the 2-3 months id be ok with 6 months. Again good company and had everything I was looking for!

Splice is my absolute go-to for any sample. The library is massive, search filters actually work, and I can find the right sound in minutes instead of hours. Rent-to-own plugins are a huge bonus too. If you make music, you need this app.

this is not true,there's planty of subscription platforms where u can purchase credit while your subscription is active and when it turn off, your credits are in the vault and you can use it without restriction.
