Just read the majority of other reviews posted here. This product is a complete failure, and the company is China-based scam. I’ve been using this product since I received it on October 3, 2024.

Simply put, it does nothing to clean the toilet bowl (or anything else) at all. I’ve allowed it to sit for twice as long as recommended, i.e., 60 minutes and it still doesn’t remove even simple, recent stains.

I didn’t actually order this product I saw the advert that looked quite impressive so o added one item in my basket , I was then put off as it kept wanting to add items that I didn’t require so I just moved off the advert but somehow , it managed to get ordered and paid for ( some £45 for 1 bottle and 25 tablets !!!) I was horrified when I found out and immediately contacted the company to cancel the order . I contacted them several times but never received any response !!!!
I claimed a refund through PayPal .
This company is a complete scam - I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

This product does nothing that they say it does. Save your money. It's a big hoax. Dawn dishwashing liquid is better. I doubled the strength as the customer service person said to do. Still nothing on the bottom of a skillet that has not been used much.

What gives them the right to target seniors into buying this product???

DO NOT PURCHASE SCAM. This product is useless. It doesn’t even react with the water in the bowl. The company will not take returns. They drag your request to return the product until it reaches 30 days from the date they say it was shipped. Sleazy company be aware.

I wish there was a negative star to give this company. BEWARE! Like a stupid I purchased this product and called the next day and canceled. Never received anything and never received a refund. Have been dealing with the customer service and I hear roosters in the back ground. They basically stole my money. I'm going to file a complaint with my state's Attorney General and their Attorney General. I somehow was charged $174.00. If I could afford an attorney I would go that route.

I saw some great reviews at first. They sounded too good to be true but since it had a return policy, I bought it anyway hoping for good results. I decided to video before and after use. I did video before dumping the Splash powder in the toilet. I waited longer than it said to make sure I gave the product time to work. Then I even gave the toilet bowl a good scrubbing before I flushed. The toilet looked exactly the same and I have the videos to prove it. I hate it when this happens. It ruins my day.

Splash just got in touch with me and asked me to try the cleaner one more time. I will do that, but I don't see how that will work if the contents of one entire package did no cleaning at all. The toilet was just as dirty after the first cleaning. I may have thought it would work if even a little of the stains were removed but the first cleaning did absolutely nothing. I really hope it will work because I don't think returning it is going to be easy.

Splash Spray falsely advertises the product will clean the outside of grimy pots and pans. It removes nothing from the backs of pans and pots. Don't waste your money. Military beware..

Yes, I made a big mistake buying from this place…. Never received product because they sent it to wrong address.. hadn’t lived there in 5 years, and then when I reported to them they told me to go pick it up at my old address.. SMH, that’s only 55 miles away.. live and learn

This product is a scam. I used it and never foamed up more did clean anything. I tried a second packet with the same results. Don’t buy it’s a scam.

Don't make the mistake I made. Don't waste your money. this is a rip off. Does not perform as advertised. You must read carefully the invoice, they will set you up for a monthly subscription for this crap. Good luck trying to stop shipments. I told them 3 months ago to stop charging me 16.95. Just complained to them again today. We'll see if it stops.

Worked miracles in the ad but barely foamed up in our toilets. Took the biggest discount by getting multiple bags of cleaner. Did nothing in my toilet. Thought maybe my water had too many minerals. Gave to my mother to try she tried 3 times with about double doses. Did not clean but etched a blue ring at water level. Thought maybe it needed city water with chorine to activate so gave to my sister. Did nothing for her also. I hate wasting that much money for such crap...

I think the instructions are incorrect - cant just wipe off. I sprayed Splash on my stove and racks. It did a good job on moderate grease but the hard baked on soil needed extra help with SoS or Easy Off. I prefer not to use Easy Off Pro due to the fumes and the spray that hardly works - is hard to use if you are older and not as strong. Spray barely worked for Easy Off Pro - no excuse for that. But left the Splash foam on for 20 minutes or more, came back and the lighter soil was easy to remove and the racks sparkled. So I am happy with the product. The bottle does leak badly - put on paper towel and used the soaked towel to wipe the racks off. Spray is very easy to use and did foam well for me. So I am a fan. Does enough hard work to make if worth while and I am not worried about toxicity.

The bottle leaks all over the place. It hasn’t cleaned anything the way they advertised . Then, they put me on auto ship without my knowledge or consent. The 30-day return policy is from the day they ship it, so if it takes three weeks to get to you, you’re screwed. I would not recommend this product/company to anyone.

My order arrived today and what a JOKE..CHEAP dollar store bottle and 10 tablets $37.00, They had me on auto pay subscription and some other extras that I never ordered, SCAM..Don't waste your money.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. I wanted the spray cleaner and tried to return the toilet cleaner. They wanted me to pay for the return plus take almost 9 dollars out for the return. I will never order from them again. This is just a warning for all that orders from them.

Buyer Beware!! I paid $40.04 for the product. It didn't work. Called company and was told to let the powder sit in the toilet bowl for 30 min for it to foam. If that doesn't work, put white vinegar in the water first then add the cleaner. I repeatly asked for a refund and person insisted I try resolutions first. Took about 15 min of my time to finally get company to agree to a refund. My refund, after all the reductions they applied, $24.14. On top of that it cost me $11.40 to USPS to ship it back! So, my $40.04 purchase became a $12.74 refund! Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing!

They advertise this stuff as no scrub - just pour in toilet, wait 10 minutes then flush. However, the instructions on the packets say you have to scrub with a brush before flushing. I tried it without scrubbing and it didn't remove ANY of the dirt or stains. When I tried to get my money back, they want to charge a return fee of $8.95 plus I have to pay for the return shipping. DO NOT waste your money on this garbage product.

I should have read the reviews before I trusted their website. After my own experience and all the negative reviews, I can't believe they've got over 100,000 positive reviews some of which appear on their website. It started by watching their video in which the foaming in the toilet bowl seems to grow to fill the entire bowl. Not true. It barely breaks the water level of a calm bowl. Their 30-day "no questions asked" return policy is anything but. Additional fees and conditions apply. For instance, how do you try out a product without opening the package? Only unopened packages qualify for return. Rather than "no questions asked," I was pummeled with "other benefits" of keeping the product. It would have been funny if it hadn't been so desperate and sad. It was suggested that the water in my area was too soft for proper foaming action. "A bit more powder" was suggested (I already dumped the entire packet into the toilet). Additional sales tactics were tried: "The foaming cleaner is a highly effective, septic-tank-safe foaming powder designed to address multiple cleaning challenges. It efficiently eliminates rust, calcium deposits, and limescale while also neutralizing unpleasant odors and leaving a fresh scent in your bathroom or sink." There were many more "benefits" suggested, but the one that took the cake was: "Additionally, if you feel the product might not be suitable for your needs, it could make an excellent gift for someone who might benefit from it. Many of our customers find that our products are highly appreciated when given as thoughtful gifts." In what world would I give a product that didn't work for me to a friend or relative? I'm still trying to get a straight answer as to what I should return (unused package plus 3 of 4 packets in 2nd package?) and how much refund I can expect. I'm confident there would be zero 1-star ratings if a less-than-one-star rating was available.
The unfortunate collateral damage is for the other vendors trying to push their products in the same venue where I was exposed to Splash. I will be very wary of buying anything from anyone in that space.

5/1/25 Saga update: "No questions asked" guarantee.
After trying to hold Splash accountable to their 30-day NQA return policy and filing a credit card fraud claim (misrepresented product), I got an email offering to refund 50% of all product cost without having to return it, "as a gesture of goodwill." Ha! They don't know the meaning of good will. I decided to take it and cut my losses because even though I enjoy writing a 1-star review to help someone else avoid doing business with them, it's taking up too much time. The simple bottom line is, their product doesn't work as advertised, their 30-day guarantee is misleading, just like their advertising, and trying to get a satisfactory solution is like negotiating a divorce settlement with your ex.
