False advertising on this product. The website and ads claim that all you need is a teaspoon of product per cleaning, but the directions on the package say to pour the whole bag in. That means each $19.99 bag is only good for one cleaning! When I submitted for a return due to this false advertising, I was told I have to ship the product back at my expense and they will not be refunding me the cost of the original shipping. They also will be taking out an $8.95 "restocking fee" from my return amount. Bad business practice!

BAD & bet that this & Nuroclean are "One & the Same"!!!! THE SAME SCAM RIP-OFF WITH A DIFFERENT NAME & LOOK!!!! CRAP!!!! This does NOT CLEAN ANYTHING, except our Pockets!! No foam (according to instructions)!!!! I HAVE TO STOP TRUSTING!!!!

Not only doesn't it foam it doesn't clean anything. I tried it for my toilet I've tried it on my stove I tried it in my oven. Don't bother to buy it. What a waste of money!

I should have read the reviews before buying this mess. I used it in several toilet bowls. Did not work. Contacted the company and this is the reply I received:
"It sounds like the Splash might not have been activated properly or is incompatible with your water type. Mixing it with vinegar is a great idea to enhance its cleaning power.

The acidity of vinegar can help break down stains and grime, making them easier to remove. To activate it effectively, add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar followed by the powder. This should help kickstart the foaming action and improve its cleaning effectiveness."
Did what they suggested and Nada. No different results.

I saw an ad for this and it looked promising so I bought it. BIG MISTAKE. I mixed it as directed, sprayed it on my shower and NOTHING. Don’t waste your money on this product. I contacted customer service to stop any future shipments and they claimed that it couldn’t be done, I had to contact USPS. Save your money, used vinegar/water mixture instead. Oh, and it is way overpriced!!

The cleaner does not work. When reaching out to Customer Service they say to try it longer. And then add different products like baking soda. Then they still have excuses every time you reach out. I just called their Customer Service & suggested I try a different approach. I’ve explained the last 6 times I’ve reached out that I will take the hit on the starter pack. Today the lady said they’d have to charge me a restocking fee, the shipping would be deducted. Don’t waste your time & money with this company.

Do not buy this product. It takes over 30 minutes for the tablets to dissolve and the water and then it doesn't work. I used it on my shower, had to use three bottles of cleaner and lots of elbow grease to even see the difference. I tried contacting the company for a refund, and have received no response.

My wife bought this junk . I followed the directions it didn't work. Don't waste your money.

the instructions for use are useless--when you add hot water to toilet bowl as instructed, water is not hot anymore! no foam

Do not use this company or its products. I spent 45.00 and never received my products and their customer support is practically nonexistent. I can not review the product since I never received it but the impression I got from this company is all they want is to get your money.

Don't waste your money! This product is junk and does not work. Their ads are false and the reviews are FAKE! I just received it today and tried it and you are better off buying Mister Cleans Scrubbing pads. They work muck better!

Don’t get rid of your toilet brush or cleaners , this doesn’t work as pictured it barely foams at all if I could give it a zero I would . Don’t waste your money on this product

I put NO stars if possible. This is useless and expensive. It did not do a thing like it claims in the ads. And I tried it first on a relatively new but slightly splashed oven door. NOTHING happened. Plus the bottle leaks. I have written to the company for a refund NUMEROUS times and they write back saying it would make a wonderful gift since I don't want it. What a load! They completely ignored my request for a refund. I'm going to send my complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

I bought bathroom cleaner. It's supposed to clean your toilet and sink. Don't bother buying any of this stuff. Their videos must be staged. When I used it, it did nothing. Just sat there in the toilet. It turned the water blue because it's blue but it didn't clean a thing. I tried to contact the company and didn't get any satisfactory response. They sent me to the FAQ page and when I got there, it was blank. You'd be better off taking the money you're going to spend on their products and flushing it DOWN the toilet. It will be less aggravating. They also signed me up for auto ship, which I DIDN'T request. That transaction I sent in to Paypal and we'll see where that goes. I ordered 1 package of splash toilet bowl cleaner from their website. They sent and charged me for 2 packages and signed me up for a subscription I never ordered. Their website tries to force you to buy more after you place an order and they have your credit card info. They don't allow you to refuse. I tried the product on 2 toilets. It didn't work at all. It did nothing. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said no. I'm pretty sure they have a money back guarantee. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charge. I'm not paying these scammers for their worthless product. My advice... Don't even think about buying it. I've only just begun to write reviews about these scammers. I'll post it everywhere.

I tried this on a pan, like in the video, and it didn't remove a single smudge. It is pretty worthless. I've contacted the company multiple times withing the 30 day window for a refund and have never gotten a answer. They finally just quit responding.

SCAM! SCAM! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I received this product about 3 weeks ago. Read and followed instructions, using the BONUS $10 spray bottle. Splash foam did NOT foam or do any more cleaning on stains or light grime than using soap n water. I thought maybe my spots were considered tough, so I sprayed again, wiped, sprayed, let sit for 15 minutes, wiped again ta da still there. Wish I had done more research on this product, I would have purchased a $3 can of cleanser instead of $56 on a few tablets that take forever to dissolve and do nothing but turn water blue..I m in process contacting customer service for a FULL refund as advertised. How can so many scams get ad spots and personal opinions get censored out???

Worst toilet cleaner ever and a total scam. It did nothing it advertised. It does NOT foam, it is NOT scrub free, and it certainly is NOT going to remove any limescale or any other stains. Expensive, to return you have to ship it your expense, a restocking free, and unopened. They are a scam.

Deceptive advertising for cleaning product. Received two four ounce bottles, again deceptive. Did not work as advertised, waste of time and money. Where are consumer protections?
