Apart from other reviews, i have bad experience at the moment, but i will correct this review, if things will went right way.
Did couple of deposits, and played their sportsbook for a while. When decided to do withdraw, i received rejection e-mail from Daniela from their customer support, that i cant do withdraw, because i have not wagered at least once my last deposit amount (150usd). Its ridiculous, because i wagered it x4 at least. I sent her back proof of that, including bet numbers and amounts, but during 4 days, i havent received answer not to that mail, not to my follow-up mail 2 days later.

Does it not make sense to deduct the amount won on an overbet (was not a lot) leaving me with what is won on a bet they approved infact I don't think I even got the winnings in my balance from the overbet as that's why I saw the banner prompt me to this overbet so dropped down to approved bet
I feel cheated out of all my winnings when I could just been left so called "legitimate bets winnings" to choose to withdraw or continue gambling.
Also I'm pretty sure I reached the end of bonus playthrough before placing said overbet.
Am currently waiting for the "relevant department " to contact me .....doubt that will be easy but hell no I not letting this go easily NZ Gamblers And Consumers Business Association will be receiving a e-mail to inform what just occured

What is to be expected now?
