I requested the permanent closure of my account because I no longer wanted to use the platform for private reasons. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times over the course of almost two weeks. Every time I was transferred to another agent, asked the same questions again, and repeatedly asked to explain why I wanted to close my account—even after making it clear that my reasons were private and that I simply wanted my account closed.

I was told several times that the relevant team would "handle it soon" or "as soon as possible." I was also instructed to send an email to support, which I did. Despite that, I received no reply for days, and my account remained open. Every new chat resulted in another promise but no action.

Closing a customer account should be a simple process that takes minutes, not weeks. If a customer clearly states multiple times that they want to permanently close their account, that request should be respected and processed without unnecessary delays.

This experience also raises concerns about how other important requests are handled. If it takes this long to process something as straightforward as an account closure, I can't help but wonder whether withdrawals are handled with similar delays.

Another negative point is that sports betting limits are applied very quickly. Successful bettors seem to be restricted much sooner than expected, which makes the sportsbook far less attractive in the long run.

Overall, my experience with Spinoloco has been very disappointing. I hope they improve both their customer service and their internal processes so future customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.
