I used the service twice
First time as deep cleaning but it was far from even normal cleaning.
Second time i used move in-out service and I clearly selected that i want vacuum after 3 hours of delay the cleaner came without any tool and i had to do everything all over again

The cleaning of yesterday and today was extremely disappointing.

Yesterday I quested specifically the wall stain removal and the cleaners arrived with no material or equipment to do so.
Also, I requested deep cleaning and agin it was basic daily cleaning, as they did not had the equipment and material.

The two cleaner did their best to cover what they can yesterday but they couldn’t do much.

Today I requested specifically move in cleaning which indicate by default that at least a vacuum cleaner is needed, again the cleaners arrived with the most basic tools, they left without being able to do even half of the apartment as they were not well equipped.
Additionally, I sent photos of the corridor and how much work it would require, yet they did not the proper equipment to do so.

One was cleaning and the other was only watching.

You should not mention deep cleaning and move in services on your website if you do not provide it.

Also, you need to drive the cleaner to the location, they arrived after one hour.

Now I will have to search for another cleaning service and non would be available in such a short notice. While I have to move in.

Excellent service!! Will definitely use spic and span again! I used the service to clean my entire apartment when I moved out and the were extremely reliable and did an excellent job!!!

It was easy to book, quick to respond with a lot of availability for cleaners! Cleaner was nice, responsible and did a great job! Will definitely use again.

I booked a cleaning service for my apartment, requesting 3 hours with 2 cleaners for a move-in/move-out process. To my disappointment, I was billed for 11 hours of work for two cleaners, which dramatically increased the cost to 687.50 Euros, compared to the expected 200-300 Euros.

The service provider informed me that the extended cleaning was instructed by my landlady, but I was neither consulted nor informed about this decision before receiving the bill. Additionally, there was no communication about the actual start and end times of the cleaning service, leaving the entire process feeling opaque and misleading.

I expected transparency and clear communication, especially when changes to the service were to result in such significant additional charges. The lack of notification and the unexpected billing left me feeling tricked and dissatisfied with the service provided.
