Awful company, make out that any issue will be covered but takes over 20 mins to speak with anyone then most garages don't seem interested doing the work through spectrum as have to chase payment. Halfords said they didn't recognise the company (maybe that was a staff training issue) but no help when have a genuine issue with car will try to avoid paying for repair.

I had a 02 sensor go on my car took it to there repairs garage two days later garage rang me to say was not covered i had the gold cover i have an on going claim for a thomersat houseins see what happens with this claim

Nabeela was very helpful in explaining everything to me. From the first point of contact she was very knowledgeable outlining exactly what was included and I knew what I was covered for.

I agree with other reviews here that say this is a complete scam. Spectrum do not cover anything and they will find a way to not provide you cover for any malfunctions. I purchased this when buying the car from Car Giant. I thought it'd be a good option in case the car develops any faults, but it was a complete waste of money. Please save your money and do not use them. I hope this review helps some other people!

Very pleased with the prompt service received from Spectrum Insurance recently in regards to my vehicle which up to now has been very reliable. The problem was rectified within a short time and the insurance process was very straightforward. The designated garage was extremely helpful in this area which made things less stressful. I have encountered significant challenges in obtaining assistance regarding my claim. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have not received a response. Additionally, it has been difficult to establish communication with the relevant party for further investigation. There appears to be a limited number of garages available for the necessary repairs associated with this claim. Furthermore, there is a considerable amount of fine print within the insurance policy that complicates the claims process.

Spectrum were quite good to deal with. Quick response which was great but the only drawback was getting someone over the phone as it took hours to reach them.

A human company. You speak to someone they question your claim but in the right way. In a way that shows that they're not trying to get out of paying something they're just wanting to pay what is appropriate. We always recommend them. A very decent British company. Highly recommend them.

A company who actually cover you when they say they do when you take the policy out. They actively supported both my claims and paid out. I would insure myself with them in future without hesitation even if i didn't need to claim due to way i have been positively treated in this policy and claims.
