I have been using a Ryzen VPS from…

I have been using a Ryzen VPS from SpectraIP for almost a year. Except for an occasional outage due to DDOS, I have never had any problems. I have access to the vps control panel so I can manage everything myself, only needed the support once.

If you value customer support and have…

If you value customer support and have any project of responsability where you can't afford downtime, look somewhere else ... Customer support is basically non existant, waiting 3 days for reply to a ticket, never seen anything like this even in third world hosting services .

You open a support ticket for a non-urgent issue during weekend/public holiday time. There was no downtime involved with your services, just a CPU setting of a new ordered VPS...

If you need support for non-urgent issues outside office hours, you can take a 24/7 SLA contract with us and we'll be happy to help you 24/7.

Very bad experience with SpectraIP

1) Bad Service

They terminated my VPS for no reason, they told me it was unpaid when even if it is paid and it shows that it is paid in the invoices section.

2) Slow Support Team

They take weeks to reply to tickets & emails.
and when they do, they don't give an exact answer to your problem which makes me so mad because their next reply will come in weeks.

Edit: They even closed the ticket without solving anything.

So disappointed.

Spectraip.net Excellent 5 stars! Just signed up 12 months dedicate server plan! Thumbs up!

Lucas is a man of his word he get his job done and responsible guy, his service and support is excellent! Spectraip offer the best price performance! I would renew with them again, I had just signed up a 1 year 12 month contract and am very happy with the server is fast, reasonable price and very good responsive support from Lucas and team! 5 stars! Highly recommend will deal again, Thanks Lucas!

If you ask me I will sign up and renew with them again, no regret, best price performance and service!

SCAMMERS, don't trust this guys.

- EDIT after feedback:
It took 4 days and 2 phone calls for SpectraIP to tell me the item I ordered was out of stock and that I needed to wait 5 more days. Business days are a thing of conventional business, something I don't expect from an dedicate server provider. So, if I've a problem on Friday, I only get help on Tuesday, after making several phone calls? Obviously not, and that's one more reason not to do business with SpectraIP .
You should have apologized instead of trying to justify the unjustifiable.

Thanks for the review. However, the review is not completely truthful. We have, after ordering, reported that the server will be delivered after about 3-4 working days. Already 1 working day after ordering you have opened a chargeback at PayPal.

You ordered on a Friday, the next working day (Monday) we responded to you that the service would be delivered after 3-4 working days, which we have done.

In case of emergency, our helpdesk is 24x7 available. Services which are not delivered do not have the emergency status in our support control panel.

Top service!

Ik huur een dedicated server en enkele VPS servers van SpectraIP. Alles draait goed en snel en als er eens iets misgaat op serverniveau dan is er altijd hulp. Bedrijf denkt mee in oplossingen en is goed bereikbaar.

De diensten die ik afneem zijn unmanaged.
In het verleden vaak providers die, als er iets misgaat, eerst kijken waar de fout ligt, want dan volgens hen altijd bij de eindgebruiker ligt. SpectraIP daarentegen lost vrijwel direct in samenwerking het probleem op. Kortom TOP en een voorbeeld voor anderen.
