Glasses ordered 1.30pm, delivered to varifocal prescription and perfectly aligned by 1030am next morning. Brilliant - this is I think my sixth pair from Specscart - and they deal real well with more unusual prescriptions too. In these days, this I think the best around.

Genuinely amazed at my experience - spotted the glasses I wanted to try on the weekend; they arrived on Tuesday; ordered one pair that same day; they arrived with my prescription on the Thursday. Seamless process, but also a really great choice of frames and they seem well made.

Great selection, easy ordering, great prices! 2 pairs for less than one pair on th ehigh st. Delivery was amazing too. From late night ordering, arrived within 48hrs. Definitely recommend and will use again. Opportunity to have specs for all occasions!

The customer service provided by Specscart was top-tier and so very appreciated. Team member Ansh went above and beyond to assist me! My specs broke shortly before I was due to leave for holiday (thanks to my sweet pup) and Ansh worked hard to ensure I received my new ones in time for my holiday! Ansh was absolutely wonderful about keeping me updated and I couldn’t believe it when my specs arrived within 48 hours despite having a non-standard prescription. The Specscart team really helped me out & the cost was very affordable which is not the norm for my lenses!

The experience from the beginning was amazing. I received my glasses very fast and they were faultless. When the glasses became damaged the customer service was wonderful and I received the glasses back 2 days after I sent them back for repair. I will only recommend this company to anyone.

Huge selection of frames, rapid delivery of orders,and lovely people. I made a stupid mistake with my last order, it was rectified rapidly, and with no further cost, not even the extra postage, which I would have thought would have been justified.

Sadly despite speaking with a nice man multiple times to try and resolve my various issues, I had a really poor experience. I ordered some glasses and sunglasses shortly before going on holiday so needed a fast turn around. Both arrived quickly which I was overjoyed about but that's where the positive experience ends. The glasses were the wrong prescription and "sunglasses" had clear glass! I called them straight away to tell them and was told that they very rarely make errors and that it was a "1 in 1000" chance (almost implying I'd made it up). They asked me to return both pairs of glasses so they could check them before issuing a refund. I returned the glasses when I got back from holiday and thought I'd finally be recieving my refund - however a few days later I received an email saying my new glasses were on the way! I called them yet again to be told that they had made me a new pair of glasses and sunglasses in error, and that I would need to wait for them to arrive and arrange another return, before I'd receive my refund. So again I returned the additional pairs and waited for my refund. All in all it was a terrible experience and I had to wait months before I received a refund for their errors. Thankfully I was able to find a different company who turned around my glasses and sunglasses in 24hrs just in time for my holiday but unfortunately I can't recommend Specscart.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Specscart. Bought numerous bespoke prescription glasses from their website. Lots of options and very fast delivery. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase new glasses online rather than going into a shop.
