I work with clients seeking support for anxiety, stress, confidence, fears and phobias, smoking cessation, weight management, sleep problems, public speaking, habits, motivation, and many other personal challenges. Together, we identify your goals and use proven hypnotherapy techniques to help you make lasting, positive changes. I believe everyone deserves access to professional support. To make my services more accessible, I offer discounted rates for students and reduced fees for people on low incomes. Many clients tell me they appreciate my friendly, professional, and down-to-earth approach. I had hypnotherapy at Buckland Hill…

I had hypnotherapy at Buckland Hill with Garry. I found Garry through I saw the leaflet in the clinic when having aromatherapy and asked about the treatment and decided to contact him because the receptionist said she was having it done and it was working forher. It's been very relaxing and calming. I would recommend Garry to anyone considering hypnotherapy support.

I'm delighted to hear you've found the Hypno Gastric Band programme relaxing and calming. It was lovely to hear how you first discovered the treatment through the clinic and decided to give it a try after speaking with the receptionist. Taking that first step is often the hardest part, and you've embraced the process with real commitment.

You've already made an encouraging start, losing 1.08 kg over the first three sessions. While the number on the scales is one measure of progress, what's equally important is building healthier habits and developing a more positive relationship with food. Those changes often create the foundation for long-term success.

I had hypnotherapy at Church Road with…

I had hypnotherapy at Church Road with Garry. I found Garry through the clinic I am based at. I decided to book hypnotherapy because i had a chat with Garry about the pain I experience with Fibromyalgia and we talked about options. I would recommend Garry to anyone considering hypnotherapy support.
