Great experience

Great experience. Easy website & check out etc, discount codes v obvious, great price, delivery was super quick with tracking & updates! Item was great too, exactly as ordered! Would definitely recommend!

Great service and price

Our Miele vacuum arrived as expected on time. Good comms via email so that we knew when it was going to be delivered. I was able to update our delivery date as we were not going to be home when it was originally going to arrive. Would happily order from them again.

Competitive price, in stock and received item before 8:00 am the following day, ordered early afternoon, have bought before and received the same high quality service, what more could you ask for, excellent will use again

Great service with one problem

Ordering was easy. Delivery timescale was fast. However, getting the delivery was not so easy. The package had to be delivered to my house and signed for. As I am out a lot this was a problem Delivery to the DPD pick-up point round the corner from me would have been great but was not available.
The equipment when it arrived is excellent.

Spatial Northwich

Spatial Northwich. Extremely helpful and informative. I did not realise my TV was under guarantee (having bought it from them). I was expecting to have to buy a new TV but was told it was therefore, doing out of a sale. I would highly recommend this company

Quick response from online chat, quick shipping and delivery.
TV delivered with no issue. Was given a 3 hour time slot the night before delivery and a call when driver was 30 minutes away. No complaints or issues, would use company again

I purchased the arête 2 dehumidifier…

I purchased the arête 2 dehumidifier for energy efficiency and low noise control and to remove moisture from my bedrooms lm very impressed and would recommended but it’s too early to say how much more energy l have used as only had for a couple of days delivery was fast and the price is great value at £179
