Ordered two different items on 01/21/26 and was charged immediately. We did receive the 1st item in a reasonable amount of time, but the 2nd item we're still waiting on and it's 05/20/26. Emailed support multiple times (no reply), called the support number multiple times only to be told I need to email my issue. It's ridiculous. I have been patient, but at this point just provide me a refund and I'll never bother you again.

Items did finally come, but customs was a nightmare. Came in two shipments, one was stuck in customs for 3-4 weeks, the other in Fedex for a few weeks. The Fedex customs tariff, disbursement, and storage fee exceeds the value of the parts.

The reason I blame spareparts is that I had to fill out multiple supplemental customs declaration forms to get the items through, which spareparts should have done. When I order from most companies, they know how to ship their product to the US.

They really should know how to ship bearings to the US at this point. This resulted in expensive storage fees.

In addition, I contacted spareparts twice about the order and never heard back.

Do not use this company for shipments to the US!

Ordered this part and it was delivered super quick over to Perth Australia. Really pleased with the whole experience, communication was great.

My parts have been in customs for the last 4 days. I have emailed 3 different ways and gotten no response. The phone support lines apparently can't help or even communicate with there support team. Terrible customer service.

Many times my only communication with Vendors is through a Chat Box. I would say 7 out of 10 times I get no response and have to find other ways to get answers. The SP Team not only responded immediately, but they removed the barrier that I was facing. The best personal customer service i have received in a long time!

Very poor communication.
Total lack of urgency with communication.
Placed an order and paid 08/04/26.
Received a confirmation but no ETA for the goods.
The lead time indicated on the website has already passed by.
I have requested an update by email 3 times and also by phone (AI response)
No definitive information supplied.
Online chat full of platitudes, and a lack of information.
''Thank you for your patience Nick , I see that your order has already been processed, but we don't have the tracking information yet. As soon as we have it we will send it to you. Best regards''

Eventual response from support(at)sp-spareparts.com was very similar.

Time will tell.

I purchased 4 parts that were all listed as in stock and ship within one day. 10days later they still havent shipped. No response at all from the first 4 queries I made, 2 emails, the online contact form and a message left via the live chat. Live chat and phone was not answered any time I tried (always within the quoted hours). I finally got a customer service rep via live chat on 13/04 that was no help at all, the only thing she could tell me is "it will ship soon" and a rep would contact me within 48hrs. I requested a refund which she apparently couldnt do. 48hrs later there has still been no contact. Order status still just shows "paid".

It's essential for us to receive information about prices and availability as soon as possible. Your website is constantly updated, which is very helpful for our work.
