The dental practice does NOT answer the phone. I had an appointment for my young child this morning, they opened the door at 8.41am despite our appointment being at 8.30am. No one attended to us and when I asked about a form a member of staff waved at one and walked away. The practice was completely full and the phone ringing off the hook but no staff came to reception despite three being there later. One member of staff discreetly took a photo of us all in the waiting room, he looked surprised that we were all there and there were no other staff around. It was at this point I walked out and have registered my child elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE if you value customer service, or your time.

I have been looked after by Ameer at St Leonard's. He is friendly whilst remaining professional and always puts me at ease. This is a very busy practice, despite this the reception team always make feel welcome. Would recommend

Emergency treatment needed saw dental therapist in Dover so helpful and able to speak with the dentist on duty to assist. In so much pain given support and prescription same day. Reception when called booked this for me as a patient. Thank you for your care

Had a hygienist appointment followed by a dental inspection.

A filling broke during the hygiene treatment. Even though the dentist appointment was inspection only I paid extra and had the filling replaced immediately.

Dr Surya was very kind, professional and very efficient . Dr also gave me very constructive advice how to care for my teeth to avoid certain issues!
I also want to mention the admin lady who is also very kind and helpful.

I had been recommended to this NHS practice a while back, after many times trying to contact the practice I was able to book an appointment, sitting in their waiting room with another patient, I witnessed staff leaving and entering wearing their scrubs, i waited some time before asking reception when I will be seen, they had told me my appointment was cancelled, no email, no calls, they said their dentist wasn’t available until October. I have now found a professional practice.

After having some terrible experiences at South Cliff this was my last throw of the dice before moving elsewhere. They’ve got a new dentist and she was brilliant- excellent manner and thorough in the appointment. Let’s hope she stays 🤞🏻

Always a very good experience here. I’ve been a patient for 7 years, and despite moving to another city, I still travel back here every 6 months to have my treatment done. The receptionist Vicky has been consistently lovely throughout those 7 years, and as a once anxious patient, I now look forward to my visits. This was our first visit, we arrived early to complete the paperwork, everyone was very welcoming and I went into my appointment slightly before the appointed time. All went well in the consultation and afterwards I made my next appointment.

Good service with nicely explained about my issue

Arrived early for my appointment and was seen straight away. The dentist was very thorough with my checkup discussing what needed to be done.

On my first visit I found the staff at Southcliff dental group in Marlborough polite and considerate, and the dentist seemed knowledgeable. She was also good enough to explain to me the various treatment options available for my needs.
