Purchased Soundmagic wired headphones in the past and have enjoyed the sound quality they provided, though the control pad did have issues they were still very good.

I have been using SondMgic headphones for the last 10 years and have not found the need to use any other headphones. I've had two pairs of their E10's which I thought were great, but have now purchased their E80C's which I think sound better than the E10's, so win-win...

If your phone/tablet has a usb c socket, but doesn't have a headphone jack, you need these.

Amazing sound quality at an unbelievable price

Ordered hp151 on 21st April 2024 from India and received it on 29th April 2024 at my home. The headphones are awesome sounding. The build quality is awesome and sturdy. Just that there is a bit of sound leakage from behind the ear as the seal is not perfect so I have to put them on/over the ears rather than around the ear. When I put them on the ear the sound is completely satisfying. It’s neutral and everything comes thru.

Good quality headphones at a good price. However I think the USB-C connector should be straight not right-angled.

Easy ordering and swift free delivery. Excellent product which really optimised my Qobuz HiRes files on my Oppo phone.

New headphones ,good communication on when despatched and arrived on time when they said they would , just the job .

I bought 2 sets of these. The first arrived with the coating on the wires cracked and within a day it had started to peel off. Left a message on Amazon, no response from SoundMagic, Amazon gave me a gift voucher to replace them. The new headphones peeled away along the length of the wires within days - I left another message on the seller's site on Amazon and have received no reply. Both the product and the company are useless - faulty product and no customer service.

I would love to comment on the quality of the headphones however I have never received them. I received an email 1 month ago stating they were "on their way" however australia post have them on tracking as being delayed. The company has not responded to my emails. I don't care if they are good, in fact I am not convinced they exist. Stay away.

What a scam. Bought the e11bt twice because I thought the first ones were knockoffs. The second ones from the official site. They last 6 hours tops fully charged. And doesn't look like the picture on the box. The buttons aren't white for instance. Stay far away from this ludicrous company!

Very good value headphones. Not always super-durable, but I've returned to them repeatedly as they offer much better sound than their price point suggests. I've just ordered directly through their website for the first time, and the order turned up quickly and with a nice double discount.
