Soul Yoga is a friendly relaxed community in Stockport, offering group classes and one to one's of Vinyassa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. The indoor studio located on Mile End Lane in Stockport SK2 6BY, where we also offer Mindfulness classes, Mindful Breathing, Relaxing Guided Meditation, Chakra balancing and cleansing, Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Healing events and Cacao Heart Healing Ceremonies which is work with an ancient plant medicine to gain clarity, set intentions, healing work and inner processing which goes beautifully with yoga, music, meditations etc. and we hold Yoga and Wellness Retreats around the UK. All levels and abilities are welcome to all classes and events, including beginners as modifications are given and you are encouraged to do your practice at a pace and level that works for you in a really friendly and welcoming enviroment.

Peaceful sanctuary to de-stress
Leise is amazing and the studio is a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity- would highly recommend any of Leise’s sessions!

A fabulous sound bath
A fabulous sound bath! Leise goes the extra mile with her creativity for these lovely evenings! Adding texture to the sounds of the bowls with her recordings from nature and choices of additional instruments! I left feeling renewed once again! Thanks Leise x

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath 🧘🏼♀️🪈💜
I just had the most wonderful evening at my first Crystal bowl sound bath and felt so peaceful and calm afterwards. It certainly won’t be my last. Leise is so warm and welcoming and her studio is what I call a “Zen den” … just bliss. Looking forward to my next one 🧘🏼♀️💖✨ Thank you Leise 🙏

Lovely experience with Soul Yoga!
As a novice to Yoga, Leise made me feel immediately relaxed and at ease. Lovely calming environment and a soothing guided meditation helped chase away the stresses of the day! Highly recommend!

Best stress reliever
I absolutely love Leise’s classes, I’ve done both her yoga & meditation class as well as the sound bath and she has a way of making you feel so calm and forget about outside pressures. I’ve been struggling a lot with stress recently to the point where it’s affecting my sleep but I always manage to release my stress in her classes. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Cumbrian yoga retreat
Just back from the most amazing weekend in Cumbria on one of Leise’s yoga retreats. The itinerary was really varied with different types of yoga and meditations, a cacao ceremony, beautiful countryside walks for those that wanted to or cosying up by the fire for those that didn’t. Everything from the classes, the company, the delicious food and the location were perfect. I came back having learnt so much and feeling so much more relaxed. Thank you so much Leise! Xx

Soul Yoga with Leise is Fabulous!
I absolutely love my yoga, breath work & meditation sessions with Leise, she is fabulous at what she does. I'd never done any kind of yoga before and Leise made me feel so at ease and I was made to feel extremely welcome at the yoga studio by all. I would highly recommend, it's really helped me out at a time when I really need it most! - Thank you Leise :-)

My first experience of a cacoa ceremony…
My first experience of a cacoa ceremony and it was incredible. Liese is so in tune with all her guests that you feel completely safe and relaxed and able to really embrace the full experience. I am excited for my next event with Liese.

Feeling alive after my first cacao ceremony
My second visit to Leise, after attending a sound bath event I went in for my first cacao ceremony and wow what can I say , after the best sleep in a long time I have woken up feeling amazing. Leise is a fantastic facilitator, very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease . Can’t wait for the next one.
