Hi all, I won a jersey after buying 16 overpriced cards/nfts in a competition. They sent it and I got a letter from customs saying that I had to pay over £20. I live in the UK.
I complained, had to complain again due to no reply. Got a bad luck message, even though the T&C didn't say anything regarding this charge. They finally sent my complain for a review and guess what, no reply 10 days later.
Parcel will be returned which I hope they have to pay for this.
Rubbish company, doesn't care about the users...

Sorare devrait favoriser les anciens joueurs qui été là au début et qui ont cru au projet.
Malheureusement leur but est de se faire un max d'argent en dépouillant les anciens (baisse drastique du prix des cartes, changement des règles etc...)
C'est une mauvaise politique et donc une mauvaise gestion. Personne n'est content et tout le monde partira. Si vous n'y êtes pas encore rentré dedans, N'Y ALLEZ PAS !!!!

first week of participating in sorare NBA leagues. I was suspended on my second deposit of 100.00 to purchase cards for gold league. They requested id verification. I complied and submitted the documents requested. My account is still suspended.
They have my money and I did not receive my services. Support is non existent. They have not responded.
I presume sorare is a scam now.

Buyer Beware.

A good idea with spectacularly poor execution. Has experienced several fundamental direction changes in the last few years which has damaged trust. Decision makers don't seem to have a basic understanding of how to run a business, or any technical experience in fantasy sports. Zero customer engagement and propped up by big name investors and questionable youtubers. Avoid!

If you start now, maybe the game is fun. But if you started early on, you probably are lost of a lot of money. Players thelat went for 2000 euros are nog going for 6 euros.

They change gameplay so your players can be worthless any time.

When complaining, you won't be taken seriously.

All they care about is profits, they reduced rewards to the point nobody can enjoy the game. Better off betting on sports instead.

I had high hopes when I started playing Sorare, but unfortunately, the game seems to have stopped evolving. For quite some time now, there have been no real innovations, features remain stagnant, and the community is clearly frustrated by the lack of transparency and progress.

The promises of development haven’t materialized, and it’s becoming tiresome to play a game that feels like it doesn’t care about its players. We’re still waiting for meaningful improvements, such as better card management, more complex strategic options, and genuine efforts to listen to user feedback.

At this point, Sorare feels more like a commercial machine than an entertaining and innovative game. Unless things change quickly, I doubt this project can maintain its initial momentum.

Konto nach Einzahlung gesperrt wegen angeblicher Kreditkartenmanipulation. Ich habe nicht mal eine Kreditkarte und habe ganz normal mit MEINEM Paypal eingezahlt. Keine Reaktion auf Emails von den Sorare Betrügern.

Jeu intéressant avec un concept novateur et joueur depuis environ 3 ans. J'ai perdu 0.5 eth investit dans le jeu à cause des formules qui changent en permanence, 99.9% des cartes ont perdu leur valeur et les compétitions qui étaient les plus intéressantes rapportant de l'argent pour étoffer son rooster ont disparu. Les cartes plutôt que prendre de la valeur chaque année perdent de la valeur (on parle de certaines valant plusieurs centaines d'euro qui valent moins de 2 € aujourd'hui). Bref instabilité, manque claire de gouvernance et de roadmap inexistante le projet est voué à l'échec et sera déserté par les utilisateurs. Suprise de cette semaine je score un 446 et je gagne une carte tier 2, la carte gagnée n'a pas joué depuis 1 an et demi et le joueur ne revient pas d'une blessure, c'est donc clairement une tier 5 et le support ne veut rien faire. Donc en plus le support est inexistant et inefficace. Bref trop c'est trop j'aurais mieux fait d'investir ces Eth ailleurs. N'investissez surtout pas dans ce scam et aller faire des paris ou jouez à football manager, si non vous perdrez de l'argent pour un jeu assez limité et une instabilité permanente au niveau des compétitions. Eux ont du faire de l'argent en tout cas, mais finiront par couler et disparaitre comme chaque mise à jour enfonce un peu plus la valeur des cartes.

Guy dont put anymore money on this Scam. Mister Julia is now on the 500 richer french people. They made a huge con system, they change rules every 6 month.

I use to put 500 month and now i will never put 1 cents on their scam. Congrat Mr Julia you did good for you and your sucess is based on scaming a lot of people shame on you.

Terribili non fanno accedere apposta per non riprendere i soldi, sono falliti e non lo accettano.

Durch das massenhaften Inverkehrbringen neuer Karten ist bereits jetzt nach wenigen Jahren das passiert, was hätte dringend verhindert werden müssen, möchte man seinen Status als Unicorn behalten: Der Wertverlust der Karten schreitet derart rasant voran, dass es praktisch keinen Sinn ergibt, Karten zu sammeln oder mehr als benötigt zu kaufen. Sorare-Karten sind definitiv kein Invest wert. Selbst meine In-Season-High-Performer-Karten haben seit dieser Saison - also seit wenigen Monaten - bis zu 70% Wertverlust gehabt. Bei Nicht-Inseason-Karten ist der Wertverlust teilweise über 90% - bei performanten Spielern wohlgemerkt. Das alles führt letztlich dazu, dass die Freude am Spielen erloschen ist.
So wie es derzeit läuft, wird sich das Modell, trotz aller Milliardeninvestitionen kaum etablieren können.

Gioco dal 2022 e ho investito molto per costruire una squadra competitiva, puntando su una strategia di lungo termine. Da un anno a questa parte i cambi di regolamento hanno svalutato la mia rosa e compromesso i miei piani. Ora il gioco richiede investimenti economici costanti per restare al passo e divertirsi, mentre le possibilità di ottenere ritorni reali sono minime. Mi dispiace che l’esperienza di gioco sia diventata sempre più orientata alle spese senza offrire reali opportunità di crescita per chi non vuole investire continuamente.

Joueur depuis début 2022, j'ai fait la bêtise d'investir dans des cartes qui aujourd'hui ne valent plus grand chose, les compétitions sont devenus absolument inutiles ( récompense pour les 150 premier autant dire aucune chance de gagner si la valeur de l'équipe ne dépasse pas les 1000€) dans les débuts il y avait des compétitions qui rapportaient de l'argent a condition de faire 240, 270 pts ....etc depuis plus aucune récompense très déçu. Voir ce qu'on appelle une arnaque.
Donc ne faites pas la même erreur que moi, jouer plutôt au paris sportifs ou investissez dans des cartes Pokémon vous serez plus gagnant !!!

I have been playing Sorare MLB for two years now. Customer service here is REALLY frustrating. You contact them and it is always two days later before they reply.

At the conclusion of this MLB season (2024), I experienced issues with their website and app. It would not let me access all my purchased player cards and therefore I couldn't assemble a roster. I emailed support PRIOR to the cutoff for roster submission. I explained the situation, and knowing they wouldn't get back to me for two days, I submitted my lineup to them (with screenshots of the error) for the Rare game series. I received a response, yes two days later, saying "our tech team has now fixed this". No feedback on adding my submitted team to my game week roster. The next game week (the week of the World Series) it happened AGAIN. This time the glitch occurred in another games type (Rare and Limited). I again reported this to customer service and submitted my requested lineup (with screenshots and well before roster cutoff). I received a response that totally contradicted my email (Me: website/app not working; Reply: glad the game is working for you). The end-of-season game weeks and cumulative post-season game is where they (supposedly) payout the big winnings yet submitting a lineup is an issue. Every back-and-forth email I mentioned my rosters I submitted and it was ALWAYS ignored. When I finally pointed out the fact that they keep ignoring that part of my request I received (after five or six emails) a "nothing we can do" about this answer. I have invested eleven thousand dollars into this game and received a big middle finger in response. I will not invest another penny into them and you should think long and hard before investing your first.

In case anyone is wondering, I deleted and reinstalled the app (iPhone) AND used two different laptops (both Windows based) with three different browser types (Chrome, Edge, and Brave) to attempt to submit my lineup so the error was not on this end. It was on theirs.
