So far so good with my new pillow. I would say it is great for back sleeping but mid for side sleeping. Quality is excellent and delivery matched stated process.

Somnora is very responsive and helpful. Truly feels like they are interested in the the well being of the customer because of their pillow and not just making a sale. So far, after nearly two weeks, I still love the pillow and have slept well.

Company mis-sells this product of a neck pillow. They do not make it clear that they only provide a 50% refund and they also do not say that this item comes from China and too over two weeks to reach me. I regret ordering from them and now I am out of pocket.

No more neck pain
I was having neck spasms and muscle cramps that were excruciating. Since I started using this pillow, have not had any at all. The pillow took a little getting used to, but was well worth it. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is not so comfortable unless I am lying on my side. I know that is what it is for, but we all tend to turn over a bit during the night.

Going from excruciating spasms to none at all, that's a huge shift, and we're so glad the Align made that difference. You're right that it's built primarily for side sleeping, but the contoured shape is designed to support back sleeping too: the higher curve under your neck, the lower side under your head. Worth giving it a try on those nights you roll over.

This is a lie. They explain that they cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons if you tried their pillow.

A game changer for neck pain
I just wanted to let you know that the pillow has been a "game changer" (his words) for my husband. He's had neck and shoulder pain for months, and the Somnora pillow has been the one thing that has made the biggest difference to his quality of sleep and comfort. He couldn't be happier with it. So much so that we are paying for an extra suitcase on the plane so he can take it on holiday. Don't suppose you do a travel pillow?

My Somnora pillow is both luxurious and comfortable. I have been neck pain-free
for both days since beginning use of the pillow. I enjoy it while sleeping on my side as well as my back. My sleep has improved without the disruptions of adjusting my traditional pillow throughout the night seeking neck support and still waking up with pain.

Don’t buy
I didn’t like the pillow because it was hot and uncomfortable, and didn’t help with my neck pain. When I asked to return it, they offered me a 60% refund and didn’t want it returned. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like the return policy is pretty arbitrary and misleading.

On the heat: this was something we identified early on, which is why we developed the CoolCase, a cooling pillowcase now included by default with every Align Pillow order.
On neck pain: every body responds differently to cervical support, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial so customers can test the pillow risk-free at home.
On the refund: for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used pillows — like most bedding brands, opened pillows cannot be resold or restocked.
As part of our standard return process, we offered a partial refund and let you keep the pillow, which you accepted at the time.
