Placing order and correspondence was excellent and speed of delivery was very quick
The actual quality was a little disappointing as the edges of boards were very rough/sharo and jagged and not well finished off which could have been sanded before shipping plus One clasp does not catch well.

David and his team were amazing from the beginning until delivery.
Quality work and what I really wanted for my home office! Would definetely recommend!

The owner of this company (David) reacted quickly and professionally to all my requirements including a requirement for my desk and matching cabinet to be made in oak rather than pine.
The desk and filing cabinet look great, so much so, I have already placed another order for David to make and look forward to giving him and his team more business in the future.

I actually rang the company and was able to speak to a human who was actually the person who owned the company and made the furntiure. I could hear the wood planes/work shop in the background. Being able to discuss in person who my desk was made etc was a real big factor in my purchase. My desk was made and despatch right on time as per the website2-3 weeks.

Incredibly happy with my new desk. David was very helpful throughout the process, putting up with me flip-flopping on the dimensions before ordering and providing lots of pre-sales assistance.

The desk was very well wrapped for delivery - with plenty of bubble wrap and styrofoam protecting it. Alas it could not protect it from one of my cats who decided to "bless" it with a scratch when he took an interest in it. Day one patina :)
