UPS solar installed solar panels and battery yesterday- what a brilliant company! From start to finish the whole experience was seamless, simple and positive. The installation was spot on with the installers super professional, friendly and diligent. We are over the moon with the system and are now generating our own power - if you want solar installed, UPS are first class and I can recommend them 100%!

Even on dull days we are seeing good capture and battery storage with very little power needed from the grid.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The communication was great, especially from our account manager, Andy Stones, and Sophie in the office. It was all up and running very quickly, apart from a small delay due to the scaffolding not being correctly placed. Also, the cost was extremely reasonable and all the pricing and benefits were clearly explained, both in person and in writing, by our account manager, Andy. An excellent company!

We had our UPS Solar installed in February and wanted to wait a few weeks before making a recommendation. We are delighted with how the whole experience panned out. From our initial contact right through to final sign-off, the staff have been helpful, experienced, responsive and an absolute pleasure to do business with. There was no pressure selling, everything is costed in a straightforward, honest manner and everything went smoothly. During the planning and survey stage we were kept up to date, our many questions answered with patience and respect. The installation was completed in a day, the technicians explained what would happen, asked if we had any preference for minor options and worked tirelessly to leave us with a very tidy installation - they are a very professional outfit. Since the installation, the system has worked faultlessly and is producing copious amounts of power, even whilst the weather has been less than ideal. I've had a few conversations with the aftersales team for guidance on getting to grips with the Fox app and they have been so responsive and helpful.
In summary; I was apprehensive about getting solar, my experience with UPS Solar has been absolutely first class, I couldn't recommend a group of people more highly. Thank you to all at UPS Solar.

The whole process from ordering to end of installation was very smooth. The installation was very neat with all the components placed well with easy access. The installers worked hard and well as a team. There was a problem with one of the panels that they found through thorough diagnosis and replaced the same day.

Firstly I was able to talk to a human being by telephone. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. The system was installed by polite and efficient engineers who completed the work in one day. AND took away all the packaging. Follow up is also impressive.

Good customer service throughout. Office staff all pleasant and knowledgeable. Joe and Adam who did the installation arrived on time and worked hard right through to finishing the installation. They were polite and communicative and very tidy – everywhere was spotless when they had finished.

I email ups for a price and happy with that and found that i had a problem with the roof spoke with ups they said they had all good trade people to carry out all what they need so I had my roof replaced and solar panel and battreys fitted the staff at the office are good to deal with roofers are polite clean ,fast workers respect your property and electricians worked with the same rules

They have a excellent backup service I am very happy with all they did for me any problems I have and they are only small technical problems they sort it out straight away I would highly recommend them very glad that I chose this firm

I had UPS install panels and batteries at my house.
I had three companies visit to quote, it was quite the experience with one company not being that bothered, another usingthe double glazing sales approach of old, with daily pressured calls and high costs they could knowck down if I signed on the line. But UPS, came out, carried out hte survey, quoted based on that survey and they were both the cheapest, slickest, least hassle and pressure. I got exactly what I wanted and the installation is delivering better than expected. I could recommend them enough.
