SOLE Arvostelua

I live in LA and I am thankful for the selection and quick shipping ….you guys were great and so are your prices !!

Had the item readily in stock and shipping was fast! Even though it was overseas!

Good product but really well described by shop assistant.

Really friendly and helpful shop assistant. Great range of styles.

The cost of returns is not correct on the website so had to pay more. Ordered one size and they sent the wrong one! Not impressed.

Great company first time I've used them , very fast delivery , goods well packaged

Great price, came quickly, would definately use Sole again, very competitive prices

Je ne connaissais pas du tout cette entreprise et pourtant je suis pas déçu. Livraison rapide malgré un pays différent et colis reçu avec une bonne qualité

Couldn’t be more helpful! I was after these Uggs that I had found in another branch but was heading back home from London to Scotland. They arranged the order and had them delivered to my home address within 2 days😊

Great service. Arrived earlier than expected and item exactly as described. Very happy.

There is a good selection of trainers. The staff are an absolute pleasure to do business with. They are friendly, mannerly, informative and really there to help without being pushy or intrusive

fast service and shoe in stock where it was out everywhere else.

Good staff, however you guys should get more collection and more colourways. Love the store :) wasn't busy at all although it was christmas season and a busy street 😯

Unfortunately I have still not received my order despite Royal Mail saying they have delivered it. Now going through the painful process of a lengthy dispute with no resolution offered from Sole which is unacceptable when goods have been ordered, paid for and not delivered. No refund offered or replacement item to date and unlikely to be resolved prior to Christmas when this was meant to be a gift. Sole please review the customer service provided to genuine customers rather than relying on duff information from Royal Mail showing a photo of items delivered to my address that day but not the intended parcel from Sole. Overall a poor experience and now lengthy process awaiting updates from yourself and Royal Mail which is penalising customers.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes, both a great price, and delivered quickly thank you.

Easy to order, quick delivery, beautifully packaged.

I have not recieved my order yet. So dont know how rate you
