Great pair of boots at an excellent price.

Great delivery and easy to use website, would have been a 5 but I emailed customer services with a query and never received a response (to do with missing order confirmation but goods were received anyway so no longer needed)

I am very disappointed with sole trader Brighton branch. I did a click and collect to there store and I was not able to collect myself because I was not well. I asked my niece to collect it for me and gave her all the information and copy’s of my ID and the manager would not give her my shoes. I reached out to customer service and they said it was down to the store manager. The store manager refused to release my shoes. Avoid Brighton store because if you can’t get there yourself the manager will not help you

Great value and availability . Their chosen courier service could be better as when you pay for next day delivery that is what you expect to get rather than waiting in a day for nothing to show up , would be a lot better if you could also speak to someone over a phone rather than over an email which takes 3 days to get a reply as the online chat option never has any agents available .

Normally I would give Soletrader 5 stars from previous experiences but the most recent purchase was less than satisfactory. Customer services were very quick to reply to my emails regarding the problem but since then I have heard nothing.
The problem was that even though I had purchased the boots through Soletrader they were sent by a third party. The heels showed imbedded debris and the side of one boot was scuffed. Obviously either shop-soiled or ex-display. If they had been advertised as such then I would have known and been able to decide to purchase or not but as it is I believed I was buying brand new and unmarked. The third party ought to have inspected the boots prior to despatch making the problem Soletrader’s and mine. Hence 4 stars pending further developments.

Good company, Great price , fast delivery, quality trainers, only bad point is the comms, I never received an order confirmation email or an email to say order dispatched with a tracking number, comms could be improved,

Arrived swiftly many thanks, Ordered the size 6 usually a 5 or 5.5 UK sizing as of reviews they fit a tad small. 6 was perfect.

There's a great range of footwear available and the staff are always friendly and professional

Got a pair of Good quality loafers from soletrader at a good price in the sales and they delivered to a local shop near me which is what i was looking for both the quality loafers and easy pick up would buy again from soletrader very quick deliverly and a well made product

I was real impressed with service from SOLETRADER, Very Professional.
I bought 2 pair of Cole Haan shoes only thing was that only 1 pair got delivered (When I so that Alarm bells started ringing).
Straight on the buzzer I rung the Store, because the sale was done On line I need it to chat with Costumer service On line.
Straight a way after I gave my Ref Number I find out that 1 pair of shoes was out of stock and the Refund was already was processed.
All the processes it self s very impressive ( My self I work in sales as well so I know some times things go wrong, But is about how you rebound make sure costumer is satisfied )
Delivery was on time as stated .
The goods was I accepted from Cole Haan ( Love them).
That's why I bought anther Set from SOLETRADER
I will recommend them(SOLETRADER and Cole Hann)
