Solar Scooters Arvostelua 

I bought a e-scooter in July. The scooter has surpassed my expectations. The after care has been great; I had a problem with my saddle, a new saddle was sent without any cost. Communication is great (only via email), but emails have always been answered within 24 hours. I would recommend this company if you're thinking about buying an e-scooter.

The scooter is great and had no problems. It is well built and solid when you ride it it feels balanced.

For the price and value the P1 3.0 is absolutely the best for its buck.

Plenty of range and speed, very comfortable and portable.

Highly recommended

Battery is absolute rubbish

Cheap Chinese reps that they sticker over poor quality had two scooters bust would avoid

Scooter quality is brilliant and definitely picks the speed like I hoped for maybe even faster. It’s like a little electric moped!

Very easy to put together!
Although the price is high it is worth the money !

I bought a P1 Pro escooter from Solar Scooters (USA) just over a year ago. At first I was happy with it but now something is afoul with it (display just started blinking various errors). The scooter seems to still run but I don't know if it is safe.

I contacted Solar about it and they are not providing a good follow up service at al! This scooter is supposed to have a two year warranty but it seems like they want to avoid honoring that because if they reply to emails at all, they can take 24 hours to reply and then just keep replying with things like 'check this', or 'check that'. No actual solutions or resolution.

I totally regret my purchase.

The website is really easy to use, whether it comes to looking for a perfect scooter/bike aswell as making customisation really simple too. I was hesitant with my first purchase as i have just started working whilst in college and need to spend money wisely. Solar Scooters is an amazing investment however, since they offer the highest quality and performance for the best prices compared to other e-scooter/e-bike companies. I will definetely be upgrading to better models in the future. Customer service is really quick and extremely helpful whether it comes to changing anything about the scooter or anything regarding the purchase. They are also very polite and understanding. Highly recommend.

Awful company brought a scooter and battery broke within 200 miles won't hold charge I'd avoid heard slot of horror story's about the frame cracking too hoping mine doesn't when messaged got a rude reply that battery's fail clearly they use rubbish battery's

Excellent communication from customer support, even though the had me email them nearly every day the were still great and answered everything I needed to know and never once lied to me.

Now in regards to the scooter, she is an absolute animal
I was getting up to speeds of 45 and having the death wobble until I popped the seat on there as well and she zoomes up to 50mph 😍 safe to say after a long and exhausting wait I am very satisfied with my solor p1 pro
