Packaging flaw

At first I had a quick response to my email for questions before my purchase. Then when I wrote to complain about small damage to the frame of the solar panel due to poor packaging, I had no response at all.
Delivery was quick.
I have yet to test the product.
Packaging of the solar panel was only one thickness of cardboard, and big stables at each end rubbed the black frame leaving marks. But I don’t think it will affect the product. One of the panel was delayed but only for a day, probably an error from shipping company.

All items arrived in time and in good condition. I have been reading the owners manual and I'm impressed with the aability of this equipment. No question that I made the right choice..

Really impressed

They were the cheapest solar panels that I could order in Canada. The customer service was amazing, they answered all my questions promptly and I was really happy by their service. Will order more products from them without hesitation.
