Really like the watch bands. So many bands cause me skin irritation and are just uncomfortable, but I don't have any of those issues with the Solace bands. I have a Google Pixel watch so I need to use an adapter for the bands, but they fit easily into the adapter. Also really appreciate their collaboration with the ASPCA!

I contacted solace regarding a missing band from my shipment. They responded right away (within 24 hrs) and the missing band was on it’s way.

I emailed customer service about an issue with my order during evening hours. I had just discovered that one of the five watch bands I received was not the one I ordered. I asked if we could exchange the incorrect product for the correct one. Within 30 minutes, the customer service agent had resolved the issue and had the correct band on its way to me—at no cost and with instructions to keep the one sent in error. This is by far the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time! It is how customer service should be done! As a result, I will be a lifelong customer and will encourage others to support this company as well.

Not just a great product which not only works, but looks and fits. Also, I had a problem and they immediately addressed that product.

I requested an exchange for an item purchased as I ordered the incorrect size. I received a reply within an hour as to how to initiate the process. Not only will they make the exchange, they are sending me a replacement without having to return the initial item purchased. Great customer service! It is very much appreciated.

I ordered one for $50. It took a few weeks to arrive. It was a cheap piece of plastic and impossible to adjust and put together. They make the return so difficult I had to dispute it on my credit card. I would be happy to mail back their piece of junk but it’s impossible. Don’t waste your money. They are made in China, no quality at all.

Customer Service chat feature was easy and convenient to use. I had a return that was sent back sometime ago and in just a few minutes. I was able to message Solace Bands and had confirmation that a replacement band was on the way. I was even able to pick a different style to replace it with.

I have purchased 2 watch bands from Solace Bands for two different smart watches. Both bands were of great quality. Sadly, I had to return one of the bands due to discomfort on my wrist. However, the customer service was absolutely amazing and very understanding. I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend others to check them out.

I ordered two bands, and they got lost in the mail. I contacted them to find out where my order was, and they sent out a new one immediately. My original order finally showed up, and it was dated the day I placed the order. Even though it wasn't their fault, they made it right.

Amazing service, super responsive via email and orders ship immediately. I bought two bands and one I ordered incorrectly and they emailed a return label and made a free exchange. Quality is pretty amazing as well. My go to place now for all of Apple watch bands.

Watch Bands are too small several
Leather bands are to short to close /
Too tight on man’s wrist / large man hand
. I was told sorry but you are past thirty day return policy.
Explain how you get 5 bands and you have only thirty days to return.
You only were one band at a time.
Customer Service didn’t care.

These watch bands are everything they say. They are comfortable. Cost effective. And easy to install. I will be ordering more in different colors and types.
