I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for awhile. First email stated that they shipped on the 11th of January, and it would take 48-72 hours for shipping info for Pitney Bowes and USPS to update. Both sites show a shipping label was created December 22nd, and they have not received a thing. I was then told to wait 5 days by this company for shipping info. Still nothing. Package was supposed to take about 10 days after sending, so I suppose we will see if it arrives. Customer service stopped responding and keeps telling me to contact my local shipping…They can only see what I see and confirmed they did not receive the package. Unsure what is going on but this has been a horrible experience. They already took money out of my bank account for next month’s box, so I’m hoping I get both boxes and then be done with them.

I love my So Kawaii box every month! This month had a Pokemon Sleeping Cutie exclusive to Japan that adds right to my Pokemon collection. I also received a My Melody bag full of goodies ♡ useful and cute items like a pillow and a storage box! The best subscription box I've ever gotten and well worth the price, always makes my month that much brighter!

Last year they coukd not ship boxes so we didn't get any through year despite paying so I contacted and told them I wanted a refund as had no goods... a few boxes arrived nowhere near a years worth I had paid for. I was unhappy and glad to see back of the stress caused by this company. It is just after Christmas this was resolved in July of last year. All cancelled and bo boxes have been recieved.... they have taken 300 from my account when cancelled and have had again had nothing for this 300 no boxes the past month and that is extortionate ... im owed boxes and money from last time because they messed up and are taking money again for nothing. I haven't got 300 to waste and it is disgusting they can just take money when they want even when you cancel and they're providing nothing for the money???? I want my money back terrible company thieves...

The shipping is quite quick, and my boxes are never damaged, and they always have amazing stuff inside. I would definitely recommend!

Ma fille est contente mais le prix n'est pas justifié, surtout quand on doit payer en plus de tout le reste 30€ de douane et TVA.
A 40€ la box, ça me coûte au final 70€

I have been subscribing to So Kawaii boxes for over six months for my daughter.The items in the boxes have been a really good mix of characters she loves. Everything is of high quality. We look forward to opening the box every month. I am getting it for another six months.

For how much the product and the shipment cost, they don't state which box you'll be receiving, or when. I purchased a box before the 8th and they assigned me the box for the following month, so I have been waiting for over a month now. Support replies in broken English, not addressing all your concerns so you have to insist. I requested a refund since the order wasn't processed or shipped and was still denied it. Friend of mine was lucky enough to get the box she wanted but the shipment has been from postal office to postal office for weeks now. Honestly a very bad experience for a product that you don't even know what exactly it is. Not recommended for a gift unless you buy it months in advance since the logistics of sending a package in 2022 are too complicated for them, apparently. Not recommended, spend your money elsewhere.
