the fabric is really soft as advertised. sizing is slightly off so order carefully but overall it feels much better than underwire bras.

Cups encompass everything perfectly with no spillage. The jelly wireless support is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this brand.

The bras are very soft and comfortable for daily wear. Taking off one star just because the shipping took longer than the estimated time on the website.

Great back smoothing design and zero gaping at the top of the cups. Shipping took around 12 days but the quality is genuinely good for wireless comfort.

Super breathable fabric. Wore it out all day running errands and didn't feel sticky at all. Very happy with the comfort level.

It is comfortable for wearing at home but the tracking system is totally broken. Glad it arrived safely though.

The bra fabric is extremely soft and wireless design feels very comfortable for lounge wear. However the delivery took almost three weeks to arrive and the tracking number they provided did not update for the first ten days. Good product but shipping process needs serious improvement.

The bra itself is actually pretty good, the jelly gel stuff feels soft and it doesn't dig into my skin at all. But honestly it took almost two weeks to get to me in Chicago. I emailed them to ask where it was and got a pretty generic reply. Happy with the comfort but the shipping speed needs work.

My tracking link didn't work for three days and I thought my package was lost. I emailed them and it took a while to hear back, but the support guy gave me the right link and 15% off my next order. The bra just arrived and it fits great.

Delivery was a mess, my order got stuck for a whole week which was annoying as hell. Got the bra yesterday though. It is really soft and the jelly gel support doesn't dig into my shoulders which is a plus.

These bras took forever to arrive and when they did, they were just exactly like any other jelly bra, not offering any support for a large cups and not giving a nice shape at all. unfortunately, I cannot even send it back and get a refund if I am not in the US.

Honestly so relieved I tried these. Finally a bra without wires poking my ribs lol! It still holds everything up fine for daily stuff and the material is really lightweight.

I have bout 3 other bras that were advertised for older women. None of the fit me properly.
The Soft intention bra fits me well and is very comfortable. I am delighted!

It took3 weeks for my bra to get to me. I followed the size chart provided, It was way off, So now I have a bra that I can't wear and soft intention won't allow me to exchange. Total waist of money.UPDATE!!! Their reply was just for show. I have tried ever since then to get a shipping label from them so I can pay to exchange my item and so far nothing has been sent to me. LADIES, please don't fall for these scammers selling a poorly made product with improperly labeled sizes, go to Victoria's Secret, try your bra on and know what you are getting for your money.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 bras in December 2025. They were uncomfortable, ill fitting (painful seems) and poor quality. I started a return request which has been sitting on hold for 5 months without a response. Follow up emails were ignored. I am submitting a credit card dispute in hopes to get my money back. Customer service is awful and I regret my purchase. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 3 items on 3/5/26 - as of this writing, 4/12/26 I still have no product and no response. They have my money though. It's been a very long time since this has happened - I'm sorry to see how many people this has happened to as well. To those of you that write glowing reviews, I'm curious if you were gifted the product?

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other customers about this merchant’s complete lack of ethics and responsibility. My experience with SoftIntentions has been nothing short of unacceptable.

I first ordered a bra from them and received the wrong size. My order clearly stated size M, yet they sent size L—and took absolutely no responsibility for their mistake. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance and placed a second order.

That was an even bigger disaster. The delivery instructions were simple: leave the package in front of my door. Instead, the delivery person left it on the second floor even though I live on the ninth floor, and the package was stolen. I contacted the seller multiple times and was completely ignored. Weeks later, they finally responded with the excuse that they were “busy,” only to tell me that the issue wasn’t their responsibility and that I should take it up with the delivery company.

This item cost $49. I am now out $49 with no product, and the seller refuses to help in any way. They take your money and then wash their hands of any accountability. Disgusting customer service.

A responsible business would support their customers, especially when they choose to work with unreliable delivery partners. Instead, SoftIntentions pushes the burden onto the customer and offers zero assistance. They clearly need serious training in customer service and business management.

Shame on you, SoftIntentions. If I could give zero stars, I would.
