Friendly service and good variety of items to try
After initial contact with a friendly sales representative we were allowed to wander round and try the varies items. The showroom was well set out with prices and sample material there to view.
When a decision to purchase was made the sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable and explained and the ordering process and delivery procedure.

After looking for more than 1 year for a new sofa, finally found one at Sofology. The colour, size and fabric fo with our existing furniture. Very friendly and expert service from Tim Jones.

Nadine was super helpful!!
Nadine was super helpful both yesterday and today. I was so indecisive as we’ve never gone for such a large sofa but we really wanted it to be a statement piece. There were a few things that needed tweaking the next day and she really made sure that I took my time, didn’t rush me and tried to think of different options. Could not recommend more. 🥰 Thank you Nadine! I couldn’t have done it without you. Xx

Tim was such a great person and sales person.
He was super helpful and made the whole process of buying the sofa easy.

Great service
No pressure, good knowledge, great chap. Hate being followed around but Tim didn’t but was always there when I had a query and made my shopping experience a pleasure.

Great experience at the York Store
Lovely staff at the York store - we original met Stacey when we were browsing, there was no pressure and we were left to browse in peace. Stacey was available when we needed advice but again no pressure to buy. We returned a week later to purchase our new sofa and chair. Chris guided us through the process, he was really helpful and knowledgeable, again there was no pressure and we are really happy with the whole process, coffee was good too!!! We are really looking forward to our new sofa and chair arriving and based on our experience so far would definitely recommend Sofology.
