Sofology - Straiton Edinburgh Arvostelua

Good visit, no one chasing you around the shop. Helpful when we had chosen our sofa

Aida made the whole experience easy, lovely and so good. Everything very straightforward and explained wonderfully by Aida. And Amelie looked after my dog during everything!!

Jonathon was excellent. He made sure we understood all our options and highlighted certain considerations for us.

Customer service was very good from Tonia, and her advice and knowledge of what would probably suit myself going forward, health wise . And gave me and my d

Came to the store to look at a sofa we thought we wanted, only to find we selected another altogether. Stuart was very helpful and supportive and treated us with kindness and respect, and asset to the company for sure, once we knew what combination we wanted to go for Stuart helped us finalise the sale and made sure we were aware of what we were buying etc. great store and everyone super friendly and helpful

Jonathan was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Very thorough and efficient.

Buying a new sofa can feel daunting, especially when you’re looking for something a bit different from the standard options. When our search brought us to Sofology in Edinburgh, we were immediately looked after by Jonathan, who welcomed us and offered his help. My wife and I usually prefer to browse on our own, but Jonathan’s approach was relaxed and never pushy. It was clear from the start that he genuinely wanted to understand what we needed rather than just sell us anything.
He showed us a range of options and clearly explained the different configurations and finishes available. In the end, he managed to find the “sofa unicorn” we’d been searching for. Across both of our visits, Jonathan was patient, attentive, and professional—even when we ended up staying past closing time.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the experience and are now looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa (The Riviera - 3 seater motion chaise).

Jonathan was absolutely superb. Thanks for making the purchase easy and thanks for being such a nice person.

Great and smooth experience.
Amelie at the Loanhead store was great!!
Thanks

Our salesman was so attentive and helped us get the right sofa which met our needs at within our budget that day!!!

Great staff Colin was really helpful. Very informative and knowledgeable.

Answered my questions with knowledge. Very helpful and had chance to wonder around the shop without pressure. Staff responded only when I was ready. Very lovely experience in Sofolgy Straiton, Edinburgh

I recently purchased a sofa and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The showroom had a great selection, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Tonia.

Tonia was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would work for us. She explained the different options clearly, answered all of our questions and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Her knowledge and insight into interior design really helped when we were trying to pick the right colours.

It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful service and she made the experience much more enjoyable. Thanks to her advice we ended up choosing a sofa we’re really happy with.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a new sofa.

Perfect service
We were in the store twice to find a corner couch and had perfect service from Jonathan at the straiton store in Edinburgh. Would definitely recommend . Thanks

Colin was clearly knowledgeable about the product range. He was also pleasant and courteous, making the whole transaction smooth and easy.

Fantastic service as soon as we entered the store. Stuart was excellent, directed us to the sofa we wanted, and let us look on our own, no pressure.
Stuart came back, gave us details about the sofa, we left happy and bought 2 leather sofas.
Great Customer Service

I don’t like the fact you do not take cash

Ethan gave us all information we required in a nice casual relaxed manner .He was not pushy in any way -we had been to store 10days previously and came back after checking out similar sofas in other stores -We enjoyed it the experience at Sofology

Both Colin and Jonathon were really friendly and helpful in choosing and ordering our sofa on 2 separate occasions. Our second sofa from sofology and impressed with the customer service again.
