Sofology - Stockport Arvostelua 

Firstly as you enter a member of staff introduces themselves then leaves you alone, such a refreshing change. The quality of the furniture is great. And the staff were professional and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Very helpful from start to finish

I was greeted by Gemma whom was happy to help me with my added extra purchase of a matching foot poof to complete our living room.
Gemma is an asset to your company explaining everything clearly went through the whole process.
I would be happy to come back to your store again in the near future for another purchase.

Brilliant service in store and very informative young lady and I was directed to the website for all the details and when I got home I measured all the space and bought the sofa and chair I wanted, very quick and very easy to do, very happy customer

On arrival the lady that dealt with us was called Paris, she was very professional and knowledgeable, we in all the time we were in the Stockport store,felt we weren’t being constantly followed around but at all times her and her colleagues were available to help me and my partner with any queries, we ended up purchasing a sofa, all to our specifications 😊

I was in the Stockport store on Mon 11th August and very fed up of looking at Settee's. I was passing Sofology on my way to another store and was going to purchase one I had originally seen due to being tired of looking round. We looked around in peace and then we were approached. At first we looked at a few then had a conversation and I was direct said exactly what I want, due to my mobility issues. I also told him that I only deal with honest and direct people. He took it on the chin and listened. He was a really nice guy (Qassim) and I liked the fact he wasn't trying to hard sell. He really listened to what I needed and also what I wanted. He didn't rush me and was really accommodating. I was unsure about the fabrics and different colours. So he showed me them on other settees if they were in store. I told him about having pets, so he was direct about which would be better wearing (even of I was looking at another) I really respected that. There is no point going to someone who knows what they are talking about, and them just telling you what you want to hear. He knew alot about different materials, blends, colours etc so it was best to take his advice. It would be foolish to ask then do the opposite and be complaining the settees material has not lasted in a few years. time. Anyway I found he was really patient and he also gave us time on our own to discuss and look at the settee to see what we thought. He did my friend a coffee whilst I had a lovely cold juice (courtesy of the cooling drinks holder in the settees console) He was helping others but told us to shout him if we had any questions or wanted him for anything. Again I liked this, because when you are going to be spending alot of money you need time to sit and see if it will be the right one for you. If you are someone with health issues, I think its even wiser to sit for longer then 5 minutes to see the levels of comfort from sitting for longer. Due to the technology in the chair with lumbar support, heat, and music with an iPad which could be used to control everything it gave us the chance to get used to that aswell.
The man we dealt with Qassim was a lovely man. He made us feel at ease, he was professional and was obviously very knowledgeable but in a relaxed way. We were able to relax with him and also have a laugh. He was very polite and he treated us like it mattered that we were spending thousands not just taking it for granted like alot of places do now. He even walked us to the door chatting which I thought was a nice touch. I found this (out of the many many places) I went to the most pleasant. It is a lovely showroom with a variation of settees although being honest I only got part way down one side 😀. I really was very impressed and would look there again in thr future and will certainly recommend it to others.

Great from start to finish. Allowed us to buy how we wanted to buy, not how they wanted to sell. Great experience.

Service, I went in many a store on the complex the manageress of sofology greeted me and ask did I require any help, I guess the other stores looked at me in my tracksuit and thought aye aye, anyway 5 minutes I said I take that suite there, she said it's only just arrived jobs a goodun
