Sofology - Rugby Arvostelua

I have ordered my new suite from Rugby shop and Bart and Fran were so very helpful. No pressure selling just extremely helpful both of them.
Thank you
June Muddiman
My order no 3894917-1

We went into the store late one evening, Lisa approached us smiling and offered help if we needed any. We got chatting, she answered all my questions and explained everything fully, no pressure, very helpful.

Lisa at the Rugby Branch deserves a customer service oscar! We saw the Paramount online and popped into Rugby to take a look, Lisa served us in the most casual friendly non pushy sales way but also really professional. Once we got home and measured we decided we didn't want to order online & would rather go back to see Lisa. We popped in yesterday evening to confirm the purchase, Lisa wasn't in so Fran completed the sale for us - Fran was lovely, casually professional and extremely knowledgeable.
If it hadn't been for our interaction with Lisa, we may have ordered online or in another branch. I cant compliment them both enough - Thank you - We cant wait for our new Sofa :)

good customer service and answer all the questions we had

BART was great, a good laugh and very helpful. Best salesperson of the day, and we met many today!

Friendly and helpful people. Very clean and nicely laid out store.

Fran was Fabulous she took us through everything. Explained everything and was very kind and patient. 100% would recommend the Elliot Field store in Rugby

Enjoyable experience in the Rugby branch , brilliant sales assistant Lloyd , who knew buying a sofa could be so much fun 😆 needed to change the order from a 3 x seater to 2 x seater and had 48hours to comply … Twice phoned customer service and was told someone would be back in touch , too slow ! Had to phone shop and push for a change sadly not good enough, 3 calls in total. Hoping goods are delivered on time 🤞

We completed the purchase over the course of two days as Bart, wanted to make sure we made the right decision and have the correct measurements. He was so lovely, paid great attention to detail and ensured we didn’t just pick any sofa. He was a breath of fresh air, very approachable and friendly, there was no force selling and he was Honest.
If you need a sofa, Bart is the one to help you make the perfect purchase!! 😁

Excellent service that just makes you want to return

Customer service is brilliant in this branch, Lisa served us, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We told her what we wanted and she walked us around a few but eventually finding our perfect sofa! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were there a couple of hours but it didn’t feel like it. Thank you Lisa.

Friendly and no pushy sales person

We had such a positive experience with Bart at Sofology. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and he made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. He was brilliant with our kids too, which made a huge difference. Sofology was by far the most welcoming sofa store we visited — no pressure, just genuine help and advice. We ended up returning to make our purchase because of how comfortable and supported we felt. Highly recommended!

Great service really helpful sent a link to items discussed making it easy to checkout and pay at home
