Sofology - Rugby Arvostelua

Lisa was brilliant. Went above and beyond. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Well done Lisa and Sofology.

Lloyd is an excellent credit to the company. Second time he has assured us and again am very happy.

One of the best place to find good quality sofas in UK, We recently visited the Rugby store to book sofas for our new home. The staff is great who helped us identify best sofas for our comfort and guide us through all details and booking process.

Lloyd in Rugby was great. Very pleasant and easy transaction, knew his stuff - made it all very easy.

Very informative and not pushy .

Helpful staff member made the purchase of two new sofas easy.

Very helpful and informative sales assistant named Bart.

Bart was friendly and attentive without being over the top.
He was knowledgeable and was not pushy like other sales people we have come across.
The furniture itself was good quality, comfortable and at a good price,

I had a fantastic experience at Sofology in Rugby, thanks to Lloyd. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. His advice was clear and helpful, without being pushy. We left feeling confident in what we learned and had time to make an informed decision. Highly recommend Lloyd. Great guy!

The staff at Sofology in Rugby were always very welcoming and helpful in assisting my mother select her new sofa. We knew they were always there to answer our questions, but did not feel pressured by them, at any time, to make a purchase. A super shopping experience and we are looking forward to our new sofa and chair arriving in due course. Many thanks to Jason, Bart, Lisa and Lloyd for all your patience, help and advice.

I was very well looked after by excellent staff. Very professional, explained everything in detail and would definitely recommend the store to friends and family. In particular I would like to mention the sales manager and Lloyd who were outstanding throughout the whole process.

Everyone was helpful and patient with me. I got exactly what I wanted with extras that I wasn't expecting and didn't know you could have! I'm very happy

We went back there again and again. The staff was extremely patient with us especially Jason. Finally ordered from their Rugby store. Happy with the purchase.

Fantasic customer service. Sofa shopping for the first time with two kids, we were made to feel really relaxed, no pushy sales person, kids were entertained with balloons and coloring in. Fantastic friendly staff. Support given to us to find the right sofa

Bart was friendly, patient, funny and managed to sort our purchase even though their system was down.

Purchased our third sofa from Sofology today and from the same branch - always top service. Highly recommend.
