Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a 5-star review. It's great to hear feedback like this!
Super Nes
Nes was great she really helped us get the right sofa and made a great coffee.
The colour swatch we chose had been put on the wrong stand which meant that we could not have what we wanted but Nes helped us choose an alternative.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that Nes looked after you and helped you find the right sofa (and kept the coffee flowing too!) We’re sorry about the mix-up with the swatch stand, but it’s great to hear Nes was able to help you find an alternative you were happy with. Enjoy your new sofa!

Excellent customer service
It was our first time buying a sofa from Sofology, the customer service from Nessi was excellent. Nessi was kind, patient (she needed the patience of a saint with me as I was so indecisive), and really professional. I was not pressured in to buying anything, and she answered all of my questions. Nessi was really helpful and let us browse at our own leisure. The whole team were really friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Sofology in Rotherham.
