Sofology - Rotherham Arvostelua

Friendly staff (Walter) was welcoming relaxed vibe , explaining things well , recommended which sofa would suit my ailments, came away a very happy customer😁

Knowledgable, friendly & gave different options to what we initially wanted.

Excellent service and customer service. Very happy with purchase. Charlene explained and demonstrated the layout of the sofas which made it easy for us to decide the purchase. Very happy with our experience

Excellent service, helpful friendly staff and great choice.

Couldn’t have been easier. Second sofa, in as many months. First rate staff and perfect products - friendly, professional, and hugely knowledgeable. Found me the exact sofa I needed and bought, paid for, and with a two week delivery time…all within fifteen minutes. All for an unbelievable price. What’s not to love? Could not ask for any more. Perfect! Thank you 🤗

The lady that handled the sale made the experience excellent. She definitely went the extra mile to help me and offer all possible alternatives. Due to her, I did not consider visiting any other stores, being very happy to buy the furniture I had seen there.
I have used this store in the past and was satisfied last time, but the experience would have warranted 4 stars rather than the 5 this time. Still good, but not exceptional as this time was. Last time I felt that I had to look at all the other possible stores before making a choice, this time the staff member made me feel that there was no need to look any further as the choice I made was perfect for me. Hopefully that is the true situation.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Great store and staff.

Tony and Store Manager in particular very helpful and informative. Walked away happy with purchase.

Experienced, very welcoming staff (Adie). Put you at ease all the way through. Never pressured us at any time. during the visits including the purchase. Staff credit to your company . Thanks

Tony at the Rotherham depot was brilliant.

nice job
friendly staff
fantastic service

Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what we needed in a sofa. He was very helpful and patient with us as we were buying for our first home. He was a lovely person all round, thank you for your help!

Staff member who delt with us was very knowledgeable and gave us great customer service.
I think if it wasnt for this we wouldnt of bought the sofa that day but they were not pushy and there to help. Really happy with the sofa we have bought and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Purchased products from Sofology previously and returned again.
The service and product quality is excellent.
Great range of products and staff who are knowledgeable and provide advice when required .
Excellent service.

Found the sofa we wanted after being undecided for a while.

On my first visit, I was left to browse at my own pace, which I really appreciated. When I did need help, a member of staff (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) talked me through the different options and explained the process clearly.
On my second visit, I was greeted at the door by Tara, who was very helpful. She talked me through the process of purchasing a sofa in preparation for moving house, explained all the ins and outs, and made everything feel straightforward.
I’m overall really happy with the purchase and the service I received.

It was very helpful and informative, all in all a good experience.

During our visit at sofology in Rotherham Chris (I think that was his name) was kind, warm, friendly & human in his approach to us buying the sofa. He had great knowledge of the furniture & discussed colour options with us, even to the point of setup an AI photo reflection of what our living room would look like with it in. He was outstanding at his job & a definite star quality of sofalogy.

Excellent service from Adrian at Sofology, we feel like we have known him for years, extremely entertaining, highly recommend this chap if you want honesty, transparency and a good laugh whilst purchasing your quality sofa.
